Hello there!

Here is what you need to know about this first task.

----------------------------------------------

Project description:

We need a landing page for a future online gambling website.

Landing page description:

- it has to be based on Wordpress;
- we already purchased the theme, you can find it in attachment; (PLEASE DO NOT SHARE IT)
- in order to get this job done, you need to purchase an image set from http://coinioscripts.com/pk.html . Is the second one. As you see, you can only pay with Bitcoin and this is the part that gives us trouble, that's why we're asking you to make the payment and we'll send you the money for this transaction, on paypal. (use my name and email address on purchasing, it's just a formality). We used images from this website in the past and we are very satisfied with them + they don't resell images so we'll be the only website with those resources.
- after you successfully purchase the images, you can begin to make the landing page.

Here's how it should look:

Header:
A demo logo on the right (you can put a text here, until we'll have the logo), menu on the left (this is a one page navigation, I hope you know how to make the menu so it sends you to different parts of the page, like About Us, Our Mission, Contact and so on.)
Menu content: About Us. Team.  Our Mission. Features. Launching. Contact.

We want a big header, as you can see on many websites today. You'll find a lot of backgrounds in the images set and you can feel free to choose the best one. We trust you. Also, a parallax effect would be great but not mandatory.

Body content:

This has to be simple and clean.

Sections:

About Us:

You can find the text in attachment (aboutus.doc). Here we'll need you to find a proper way to combine the text with the images in the set so it will look good and professional.

Team:

In the 'Team' directory in the attachment you'll find photos and role for every team member. If you can add a hover effect on images would be great but, also, not mandatory.

Our Mission:

The same, all the text you need is in 'mission.doc' and choose what images you consider would look best for this purpose.

Features:

'features.doc' contains everything you need to put in this section.

Lunching:

In this section there as to be a nice countdown widget with the remaining days until our lunching.
The launching date is not set yet.

Contact:

A contact form with Name, Email, Phone and Text.
We still don't have an official email address. Wait until we decide on a name and get a domain.

Deadline: 22th April;

Download Link: https://we.tl/5NjVFK61Vo

--------------------------------------------------------

Those being said, please provide us your PayPal address so we can send you the funds.
Thanks a lot and feel free to come with suggestions. As I said, we trust you and your skills.

Best Regards,

Obviously the idea is you begin the project, purchase their shitty template and they bail on you with the money.

Please tell me where is the scam or i am missing something here? You can not claim that this is a scam only because you got this e-mail and only because he use paypal does not always mean it's a scam.

because the mail the OP got clearly says he needs to buy images in order to start the task... It's pretty obvious that they just want his money, and the task is just part of the scam.
It's even possible that they'll send him money on PP before he buys the images, since PP can easily be reversed if they have enough knowlegde on how to do this.

What surprises me the most is that they didn't use an affiliate link which means that the scammer is either the owner or someone close to him. The domain has been registered with namecheap and whois guard with their fax not working. Many other websites like http://www.maxdvg.com/ seem to share the same template and fax, I would very much advise anyone to stay AWAY from these companies:
http://coinioscripts.com/
http://jetbuster.com/

Like you say: the domain is using whois protection. This also means that the fax number will be the number of the whois protection service.
In other words: i don't think the other domains have to be owned by the same person/organisation... These domains just use the same whois protection (unless i'm missing something here).
