I see many websites that have limited their paypal accounts and stop paying its members and reading this post percibi that can take to the bank and pay members with other processors.

It has maximum amount of money to withdraw from paypal account to bank account if your paypal account is limited?

The number is also limited to a $100 figure which is I think only "limited" to people with good amounts in their paypal . You should open a service available to every single person using paypal .

I meant $100 and above balances and not worth my time and investment for any balance below $100 !

I don't understand your service. Why can't the owner of the pp account just withdraw their own money?

There are many reasons like the pp account holders are from a country where pp does not operate or support to add bank accounts etc

Other than that one reason i don't see why the owner would need withdrawal service. Btw if that really is their reason then they would need your service all the time regardless of their accounts being limited.

NO..cos they will be able to use their accounts to send money or buy stuff online if their account is not limited

Yes,after 180 days  he can transfer money to his bank account
Paypal will hold any balances that are in dispute and release after disputed are resolved/refunded

You need a new account after each transfer. Can't use same account twice..

No, withdrawal from Paypal to a bank account can't be reversed so there's no risk for either one. Check Paypal's FAQ.

I was interested in OP's offer but he's looking to take 60-75% of the balance for his service, so consider your options... good luck anyway, OP.

As I said ,my rates differ for each case depending on country,balance in the account,complexity of transaction ,method of payment ,risk level ,etc ..and rates are NOT standard
