I had been working on a site and just finished it today. Its a dice site with just front-end design, It lacks the backend coding to make it work properly. You should only show it when an important thing happens, like when someone wins a game: https://i.imgur.com/52tNSFU.png And after a few seconds you should stop it. Keep up the good work :) I overused it just to make every element and div fly on the page :) Its personal opinion and i think, it's just when you hover so it looks a bit more interactive. Thank you.
