Few questions: Do the dedicated servers have remote reboot web interface? Do the dedicated servers have remote web console / rescue console? Do the dedicated servers have on-demand re-imaging of operating system? Is it free? Does it have unlimited uses per month? What happens after 2 TB a month? We offer both Soft Reboot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reboot_(computing)#Soft_reboot) and Hard reboot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reboot_(computing)#Hard_reboot) Soft reboot for a normal reboot like if you've upgraded the kernel or so and a Hard reboot for when the server is stuck/frozen (should not happen) but in case of a random OS crash etc Quote 2. Not current, but it can be done, manually, ie, you'll have to open a ticket to do so for now.
