In my opinion there are multiple reasons why faucets are likely to disappear. On the one hand they probably just were unlucky and got banned from their ad network or set their claim rates too high. The point of the message was to add more info and show people that still nothing has changed on SatoshiUniverse.xyz and that it hasn't been "revived". Maybe it could help new people see that SatoshiUniverse.xyz is still a scam. The "People online now" counter on SatoshiUniverse.xyz shows 22 people, so it seems like people are still using that site and generating ad revenue, maybe hoping to reach the high 0.001 BTC payout level and get paid...
