If you're calling your fee is lesser than and comparing it with themeforest, they get thousands of buyers each day bro. They have chances there and not bothered to pay 30% fee to the envato. But why would anyone be willing to pay 20% at starting without your website has any traffic? Most of the authors will just ignore, except those who're reselling it illegally. If you're looking for any advices, I advice you to keep the fee lower at starting, between 1 - 5%. Once it starts getting attention and buyers and sellers. Then increase the fee eventually.
