Their fee is nearly 10% for the lower denominations, and not much less for the higher. Other than that, worked great! Title: Re: Best place to buy btc? depending on how you get your money in to virwox.. either you are charged a fee converting from USD to SLL through them.. or through secondlife's conversion... then there is a fee for converting SLL to BTC... and then a Fee for withdrawing. Its not that bad though.. and the more you use them, the lower the fee gets. Title: Re: Best place to buy btc? The fact that it takes Bitcoin is incidental. Though using virwox isn't particularly complicated.. deposit money through one method or another, convert to secondlife linden (or if you already deposited as SLL) then buy BTC at the price you want with a limit order, or the current price. |
