It is not against any rules to be racist nor is it against any rules for someone to have negative viewpoints towards any particular "class" of people.

If he does wish to express his own racist views then it will reflect negatively on him.

It appears to be that way. However it is within his rights to have whatever viewpoints that he wishes. As I mentioned previously, him having that extreme of viewpoints only makes him look bad.

Let him express what he wanna express, you just need to ignore him for giving your attention to him will only give him satisfaction. I'm not surprise if he don't have a wife still and his neighbors never talked to him ever.

In the States the first ammendment gets in the way of hate speech, but there are still plenty of ways to deal with it on a state level.
That said this member presents himself as being from the UK which is still part of the EU. They have laws in place that could put this in the breaking the law of ones Country of origin.

Saying that you have to wonder who benefits from giving a racist a platform to loudbox from! Its not a good look and we risk being smeared by the actions of a few.

He can say what he want. If you start to censor everything which is not leftist, we're back in the Soviet Union. Is that what you want ?

People deserve to be treated with dignity and respect,when you choose to attack a person based on the color of their skin or origin you are not some of one that deserves a leg to stand on.
You are talking to some one that is all about protecting our right to be anonymous but at the same time I have a limit.
If I replaced racist with child porn enthusiast you would not be standing to this line of thinking.
Respect people and you can have all the privacy you need,treat people like garbage and you should not have the same protections.

Someone promoting child porn by his word, according to me, shouldn't be sent to jail. That's the freedom of expression. Nothing that you SAY would be persued by the Law to be a reason to send you to jail. The acts that happen then are something else.

1. I do believe this guy's behaviour is appalling, disgusting, and disgraceful. There's a point when "freedom of speech" becomes "verbal abuse".
2. You can get banned for death threats.
3. You actually made a new account just to say that?
4. Why don't we make a petition, and if a poll gets more than x upvotes we can notify a mod to get the guy banned? This forum is based on the idea of decentralisation, why not let the people decide whether to kick him?

I did a cursory check of the first page of his posts. All I see is him endorsing "racist" policies and putting forth (not necessary correct or non-misleading) facts about certain protected groups. That said, there's nothing there that would get him banned, but I do remember deleting some of his posts for valid reasons (off topic, insubstantial).

IANAL, but what he has posted is nowhere near verbal abuse territory. Usually verbal abuse (the type that gets you prosecuted) requires specific threats of violence. Advocating for discrimination against them doesn't count.

This forum gives everyone a freedom of speech that can be used as well as misused and you can find racists, abusers and scammers in every section of this forum. Some are hell bent on you agreeing with their POV and hence I stopped visiting the Politics section as most users there can't accept a different opinion and if you still express your view, they start name calling, abusing and pass racist comments. The MODs don't even delete such comments and hence you can choose to ignore/report them with a hope of his comments getting deleted or him getting banned.

Block the person. They are either trolls or really believe that way?
I moved from California to South Carolina and I sure as S**T wish real life had a blocking feature ...

Maybe because the majority of individuals who are racist are extremely uneducated in a socially diverse environment and don't seek to gain valuable knowledge. Skin color is worthless compared to intelligent knowledge gained from others, no matter. You can't have the free exchange of ideas if you don't accept other for who they are. If you are educated and knowledgeable, you know that you don't judge a book by it's cover. You look on the inside even when others don't want to, even if it is not your desired title or author.

Then obviously you are unacquainted of laws. For example:

If someone is accused, but there is marginal or no direct evidence and the suspect denies, in most cases he is not prosecuted.
If someone is accused, and there is marginal or little/no direct evidence and the suspect confirms (withing fitting reason), he is sentenced.
If someone is accused, and he performs no legal defense (read: proper defense, according to the rules set by the court (i.e., not filing a defense through an lawyer)), then in most cases he is found guilty (or better said, the accusing party is being granted the accusation, due to the accused not properly following the court rules).

He's just a fluffy snugglekin looking for a cuddle applying some reverse psychology. He'll get what he's looking for eventually.
