No, sell it for whatever the best price you can get for it is. Why would you sell something for less than you can get? If it's worth $200 to someone (and it is, it pays for itself in a fortnight) then let them pay it.

Why is shipping more on the 5850? The 5830 is actually a bigger card because it's based on the 5870.

I don't understand your question.. I don't know against whos' 5830 you're comparing it with, I'm not selling any..

The original purchase price is mute. I buy and resell hardware as supplemental income!

History:
asus ares 5870x2, paid $800, sold for $1400
Asus 5970, paid $400, sold for $800
Diamond 5970 x3 paid $500, sold for $800
PNY 9800GX2 paid nothing, sold for $300
BFG 9800GX2 paid $350, sold for $500
HIS 2600XT  paid $100 sold for $150

It all depends on what people are willing to pay. Oh yeah, all of these were used.
