So if you and another member who will get this account are from two different countries they may detect two ips within same account and may suspend your account. I am not quite fan of primedice and bitcoin faucets, but i think it is against their terms and condition. You can claim it every 3 mins and the faucet is " 0.00002 < " as told earlier You can claim every 3 minutes if your balance is 0. If you have any satoshi in balance need to lose it or withdrawl before using faucet again...
