Title: eobot - avoid at all costs
Post by: tharani on May 28, 2016, 12:04:03 PM
i searched everywhere and found nothing on eobot on bitcointalk , it is a complete scam site .

i deposited 0.386 btc in there and bought 900ghs 3.0 5 year contracts , suddenly one day my account was hacked and everything was stolen , nobody outside knows my email and password , but they clearly were ignoring my requests , they made it look like an outside job cause i could deposit and they could steal more.

the site is very well layered but it is completely scam , i am 90% sure it is an inside job .

please please be very careful before investing there .

there are probably 5000 ghs holders there who didn't get hacked but still it is unsafe.

the best place for your money is the bank.

in bitccoin business 99% is scam.

if anybody can identify the hackers address by his bitcoin tipping addy here is my eobot username

166068.

nothing altered in google+ and facebook , only eobot is tampered.

note- i did not have a bitcoin tipping addy before the hacker put in dogecoin tipping addy and bitcoin tipping addy and put my facebook and google+ name and edited the profile.

don't forget to read their excuses and replies in the lower posts.

Really? I searched it and there are 6 pages of results. Also I've found these scam accusations on the first page about them years ago. Try searching yourself if you want to find more information about them

Maybe your requests were too demanding for them to do. They wouldn't do much trouble just because one of the customers got hacked. One thing you should know (this might sound harsh), they don't care about you.

Yeah... you still nead to learn to lisen tharani...
There was atleast ten people in the chat telling you to send in a ticket and sit tight it's the middle of the night in the states.
But you where hysterical and refused to lisen to anyone.
We tryed our to tell how to gain access and secure your account but you did not want to wich is your choice.
Recomended to use 2FA the respons was "2FA or 3FA is hacker candy, a hacker can spoof any number and hack any phone".
No freaking wonder you got hacked if standard issue security tips or recomendations does not sink in or is to illuminati for you.
You are bats-it crasy but i must thank you for one thing... the 2FA comment just made my day.

Take it as a lesson learnt. The story of "hacked account" has been repeated many times by websites with dubious intentions.

Eobot is a ponzi scheme for sure. Even so they have been opened for a long time now, it would come the day when a lot of problems would start to be reported. You are not the first, nor will be the last to complain about them!

It has been very clear that many of the veteran users have nearly warned every single user about cloud mining.
I mean, if you look at every single thread in the forum that has a topic about cloud mining, you'll see more than 75% of those who replied are saying "Don't" "Avoid" "Stop". Well, lesson learned the hard way, I guess.

Well eobot is totally scam, just stay away from them. I have ghs there but never got ROI. And now I can't login to my account. Their system broken too. It suck.

says i did not withdraw anything as you know my account was compromised and the hacker exchanged the 900 ghs rental to 24 hour rental , if you check the withdrawal address it is not mine , i will be able to prove in a coourt even it is not mine. so the amount was withrawn by the hacker not me. you can trace the hacker , but my money is lost , you have replied carelessly in the email that you dont care as the amount is withdrawn it is very clear someone else withdrew and not me. what about my 0.385 btc i deposited and the hackers stole , will you refund me if i prove it is not me who withdrew.??? are you willing to face the cybercrime court .?????? i know somehow my account was compromised but your carless answer does not return my money . If you really did lose that much, sorry for your loss. You shouldn't consider cloud mining an investment though, you made a mistake by sending them money in the first place.

i cannot login into my account how can i even check my history page .???

did you try to use the forgot password page?

you have been waiting slowly for twenty four hours until the hacker
withdrew all the money , i gave complaint in the morning , and it took
you 24 hours to stop it.??

if you'd blocked it yesterday he would have not withdrew.

you waited for 24 hours and then reply slowly that you cannot do anything.
- Show quoted text -

no the password reset does not work , you had a whole day to check the problem and you ignored it now you reply after he withdrew everything.

why do we need to block it? as long as you control your email you can change password and block it yourself

it's not an inside job, you were the only user hacked...there are lots more coins and users that were not touched. does anyone else in the world know your password?

no no one else knows my password or anything i see my google and other
profile are intact eobot is the only place i was compromised.

the hacker hurriedly withdrew within 24 hours cause we would have
found out the next day .

and you took 24 hours to reply .

so what shall we do for this i lost 0.385 btc , there was more before
i deposited the money , if i prove i did not hack are you willing to
pay compensation.??

cause this was unexpected.

why would i deposit 0.385 and withdraw much lesser amount and first of
all why would i hack my own account.??? i could have simply withdrew
my money and why would i report it.??? in the first place.???

you have such a good team and you can't find the hacker even though he
has openly left his bitcoin tip id and dogecoin id.

please give a solution to this as soon as possible your answers are
not helping , either return the amount and close the account or find
the hacker and get the money back from him.

i've been telling yoou a lot of times i cannot acess password reset
but you can take a minute to change it yet you still don't.

please tell me a solution for this loss of mine.

i am not the only user there are lot more others who didn't get their money.

use this site to file a complaint.

you can complain about the scam, but you are not allowed to ask banning it, scam is not moderated.
your site is seemingly suspicious, because i haven't seen it before.

ok try password reset one more time now...if still not working, we can change your email address to another email

-The Eobot Team

also i think you have two emails, you are using this one right - emailhiddenforsecuritypurposes.
-The Eobot Team

Yeah thanks for trying to help me out but it is too late now , but the way you reply carelessly show's how much you don't care about user's always remember without the user's you are nothing , it is their money you are eating and paying everybody.

In this case you have nothing to lose the hacker bought ghs from you so you profited.

The only loss is mine and the worse sick joke is you are making it look like i am begging money from you while i am simply asking you to retrieve money which was illegally hacked.

I am using another email which i will not reveal due to security reasons.

I can make the investment back from other schemes, but the way you are trying to avoid compensation with me is making this response even worse it shows you don't care about customers and only care about the investment's.

Remember daily 100 people read my posts and it will prevent 10% atleast joining your site.

If possible please retrieve the money from the hacker .

But you are the one who benefitted from the user's and you are handling their money , from your answers i can clearly see i will not get even one penny back i don't want to do any business with you anymore , just close the account .

And prevent hackers from gaining access by introducing pin and just not 2fa introduced btc address lock and email confirmation .

More security mean's less loss and if possible please try to return my amount ,If you cannot just please say so and also agree it was 50% my fault and 50% the site's sloppy security's fault.

It is very funny that a guy has been sitting there like a sitting duck and even after prompt complaints you just sat there for 24 hours and let him withdraw everything.

I want my account closed , do it in the fastest possible time unless the guy penetrates more accounts.

Sorry to hear that, but 2FA is an absolute must nowadays, anyway you said you deposited 0.386btc which you would have never got back as eobot is a ponzi scam, it daily drops the amount you earn until you earn nothing. But I repeat this is an error of the user, 2FA adds 99% substantial security to any account if done right (in a clean safe PC).
