Primedice is one of the oldest, most legit website of all time in the Bitcoin community. I have worked in the past promoting Primedice, Stunna was a legit guy and paid the best rate in a sig campaign ever.
If someone that had access to your coins withdrew the coins.. that's fucked up and I don't think that's the case. Are you sure you don't have any type of malware infected in your computer?

In any case, if you were going to gamble with 13 fucking Bitcoins as a non-rich individual, and let alone that money being supposedly saved to help your family, proves you are a pretty unstable individual.

Either you sent your coins to to a wrong adress, or you are hacked by someone else but not primedice. They are here for years and never heard something like that before. Show us some proof and then talk.

Do you use the password on multiple sites? Normally what matters a lot more than the strength of the password, is if it's unique. You can check:
http://www.leakedsource.com/ and https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and shows sites that might have leaked you password if use are reusing it

This amount is huge to me and it's so shit that I lost it without gambling (wasn't planning on gambling, everyone kept flaming me to show proof so I deposited for the txid) but I don't think it's a lot to PRIMEDICE. And I know for a FACT I was not hacked or installed anything!

Hi mate, there are chances of iphone's being infected by key-loggers as well. Long gone were the days where you need to be rooted to be infected. However, now when you have any running background apps, it'll work. You can research more about it online.

Also, 2fa protection is an absolute necessity if you're ever gonna deposit big. With 2fa, it'll be hard for them to break in.

I've never had any malware sites, nor have I downloaded anything. The phone was fully reset a week ago!

Hey,same thing happened to me like an hour ago,but for a (way) smaller amount.
I deposited 0,33 and the same second the money appeared,someone withdrew 0,3 btcs from my account.
I don't know if what you're claiming is true,however the exact same thing also happened to me.

ok relax first of all, i lost btc in mtgox but doesn't mean you cant recover.  Maybe primedice support can confirm they had 13 btc first of all.  Dont understand why you put all that in primedice but whatever, now is the time to think calm.

We cant know how you got compromised since there are 1000s of ways.

The fact is that your account got compromised on your side. And your deposit was cashed out by different IP .
And we cant do anything about it. We cant refund this, we will tomorrow get 1000s of tickets requesting refunds for cashing out from different ip.

Primedice is pretty honest and trustworthy as far as I know, and I've played there a few times without any problems. Ask someone like Mr. Vincenzo and he'll tell you how he won around 400~ coins and withdrew without a problem.

You said many times on chat, that you decided to deposit 13 BTC just to show a random guy from here, from BCT forum, with 1 post account, that you are able to do it, that you have the money. You also said, that he promised to give you 5 BTC when you make deposit.

I used myself a lot different devices and my password was and still is far away from being safe any bruteforce can crack in 1 minute so easy my password is.
I did often deposit 1.5-2 bitcoins sometimes it took 3 confirmations to be credited and i simply came back the next day.
