1. He sent first the 1.009$ BTC-E code 2. Then you realize it was only 1$ dollar 3. Then he is waiting to you send him $1009 4. If it did not worked he will keep trying it. I dunno someone will fall in this scam, just need to read the numbers. Victims... You are now aware.
