Title: AUD for BTC
Post by: fluxor on June 11, 2011, 09:53:20 AM
Hi Bitcoin.

I have been following this movement for a little while now and want to jump on board.

I have $AUD400 that I would like to turn into BTC. I have been browsing a lot of sites and forums but am not sure which method is the best. I would prefer to trade with a person rather than a site. Any and all suggestions would be helpful. I also plan on setting up a store using freedomshare fro hosting and accepting only BTC. Any advice on this first transaction would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

AUD > Technocash > Mt Gox > USD > BTC worked for me.

New site, He's got a thread in the forums http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=7568.0 (http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=7568.0)

He offers a rate which is pretty much the MtGox price adjusted for AUD and with a small fee, but its still quite good.
Sites getting some upgrades at the moment to help automate the process for him.

I'm looking to buy up BitCoins for AUD.  I'm looking for some aussie traders or miners that are looking for consistant BtC -> AUD.  Prefer to work with a small group of people I can trust.  I'm looking for a consistent weekly supply, which is likely to increase over time.

Safest method is probably Bank account transfers, but if you have another preference let me know.

Contact me via PM to discuss.
