I see 900+ coins moved in February. Are you just finding out about this?

Can you prove that you own 1sbXm3rxu3mZ9v9XgmYnQrJgC1YM2fNeb?

how do i retrieve my coins from cold storage?

Well first I would change your topics name to something less panicky (also any other threads you have started) and maybe make it more about how to retrive them from cold storage, or if that is where they even are; I just spent about half a minute clicking through the transactions on blockchain following your coins to come to that conclusion. i.e. don't trust what im telling you as fact, look at it yourself, or ask the community now (by changing the topics subject)

Just, don't start panics, ya know? I'm gonna go eat pizza...

If you are using Instawallet then as far as I know they run a shared wallet, so you can't check your funds on the blockchain.
You access your Instawallet through a unique URL that only you should know. Anyone knowing the URL can take the bitcoins.

Also I advise you not to keep that amount of money in a hosted wallet.

The way to get help is NOT to slander services you don't understand.

And there's absolutely no reason to spam the board with thread after thread of the same topic.

You're not off to a very good start here.
