Is the ID info encrypted or plain words? Be more specific. ... to make ID verification easier?... How would it make it easier? Certain country ID systems now are instant and voluminous. What would be the intended use that needs to be easier? ...If it is, should it be? Irrelevant. Legality and morality are separate issues.
