I tried doing the interval posting but still here I am JR.Member.

You are at the moment Junior member and to become Member you will need to have 60 activity and take in consideration that your activity only increases by 14 per two weeks (as maximum) . So the next activity reset should be enough for you to get your member rank. (I guess next thursday)
