Title: Derive symmetric keys
Post by: jgmBitcoin on June 21, 2016, 05:07:11 PM
Is there some means by which I could derive symmetric keys using bitcoin public keys or HD Wallet public key which I have shared with a second user.

You're going to have to explain what you are trying to do.

Bitcoin public keys are just very big numbers.  You can do whatever you want with them, but your intended use might be a really bad idea depending on what you're trying to do.
