Sir, My account btcltccoins has been banned .

The following message is displayed when i login>-   " Sorry btcltccoins , you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum. You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com . "

Can anyone help me and guide me  what to do and what wrong i have done ?

I did not break and forum rule So why i am banned from posting ?

You were spamming by copy-pasting other people's posts, thinking nobody would notice.

Well i must tell you that i do not spam and also do not copy paste. You can recheck my post history and verfiy.

I think there is some misunderstanding.

Even still if you belief that i did Copy paste will you please give example / evidence ?

Hopefully you will unban my account as i never did Copy pasting stuff.

Maybe there was a reason why you get baned with this forum whatever reason is,your the only one who already know what you do.

While I am just speculating, your account name was mentioned in the ban appeal of jak1 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1517769.msg15292086#msg15292086) as being the previous owner of his account. This account (jak1) was found to have copy-pasted posts on the 19th May (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1163169.msg15238818#msg15238818), however in the ban appeal he claims that the account was sold on the 25th May (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1517769.msg15280386#msg15280386). This would mean that the previous owner of the account had copy-pasted those posts, the previous owner which is said to be you.

While I doubt that you got banned simply from the word of jak1 in his ban appeal (and that this is complete speculation) I expect that the staff may have found further evidence to link you to this account prior to it being sold, therefore having copy-pasted posts and broken the rules by doing so - resulting in a permanent ban across all of your known accounts.

You should probably wait for a staff member's comment before you say anything, but this seems like a viable explanation.

My mistake; it seems I had multiple pages of your post history open in different tabs and I thought they were different users. Your posts are all so similar to each other I thought they were copy-pasted. So... it looks like you were just spamming the same short posts over and over in slight variations. You can't do that either.

I have just seen that JAK1 post and i hereby confirm that i have no link with JAK1 and i have not sell that account or whatever. I wonder  would you believe anyone without any proof ? Please  provide any proof of that?

This is the first time i have heard of Jak1 and you people have made a while story of mine with him without any proof ?

This means anyone can use anyone account name and mods will ban the account ?

You know by just your little mistake i have been banned from my pervious campaign owner. I  am so worried for last two days just because you made a mistake. I have been using this account from the start and have been making good posts or atleast make an effort to make a good posts ( i dont say i am expert).

When a single person writes posts the writing style of the person will remain the same. So maybe you have te feeling the posts are similiar but they are not. also note that i dont spam or make 15 or 20 posts daily.  I only write quality posts and max 5 or 6 posts daily. (it proofs i am here for quality and learning and not spamming)


One thing you mentioned that i write short posts and spamming, can you please check again i  not been writing any short spamming post (again a misunderstanding )

Dear Staff Members, I would like you to again review my posts and if i found to be copy pasting please Ban me forever. I should be given the punishment for not following the rules   BUT if not found as (FoxPUP mentioned)  please Unban my account and do justice with me.

I don't believe him here, it is just the only reasoning for your ban that I can see.

I addressed this in my original post, if you had read it fully before replying.
The staff wouldn't blindly trust the word of a random user, especially one that originally lied about his ban appeal.

As said previously, you will have to wait for a staff member's reply before you get a definitive answer. Try PMing hilariousandco (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=164822) or Cyrus (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=78147) asking them to comment on the situation. If it were an issue with your posts, it is likely that one of them dealt with you.

Isn't it against the forum rules to send PMs when you are currently banned or is there an exception(such as it is an exception if you send a PM to staff members)?

I expect an exception could be made considering it is related to his ban appeal, if not I apologize.
