Well i look at crypto scene this way. Soon everyone will have their favorite coin.  So at that time only way for you to get more coin fans you will need or to attract pets like dogs or cats or, ...
Other way is to make more people. So here Waves under 35 years old ladies have way more chances to do it then Chinese nerds.  So Waves have way brighter future then Lisk. At least long term. Tomorrow is past anyway.

Well since Monero is anonymous no one know that. Many that have Moneros can say they dont and many that dont have them might claim they do. But in generally who own Monero right now dont matter much, since userbase at this point is minimal to what will be in future.

They are both different and both unique, in a way you can compare them, but since a lot of money is at stake let's do it.

My guess is neither one will perform to the extent the amount of money was involved.

They're both hyped up crapola, regardless of which penis-loving population they cater to.  They might be good for day traders but their long term prospects are very dim, much like 90% of crypto users.

Lisk hasn't had a big run yet, it's a good bet.
