Escrow will be provided as a safety for both sides. Auction for each domain ends 24 hours after the last bid. Make sure you have a Namecheap account, so you can receive a domain name on your account instantly after payment. About payment: Final price in USD will be calculated in BTC after the auction ends. It will be a middle price at that time. From this, it's pretty evident that the domain will expire very very soon. What's the renewal price for the domain? I don't want to have to pay like $40 straight after I buy a domain. Yes, domain will expire 29th July. Reneval cost = $12.88 + ICANN fee $0.18.
