selling bitcoin  for skrill and paypal rate is 17%

Imo that rate is pretty ridiculous..

For skrill your best rate might be 2% and paypal 10% IF you're lucky.

Well to be honest, he's free to do that, but I doubt anyone will buy from him without escrow as he's a newbie with no past trades.

i accept escrow my friend the problem is im only getting pm  from people   who asking me to send 0.44 first and when i tell them escrow they never replay more

IMHO escrow cannot do anything if the other party that uses paypal do chargeback so all i can suggest you is to trade only with a reputable member of this forum. there are many of them here just look for them for you to be safe :)

I have a few suggestions for the seller:

1- You're a Newbie, your price is too high for your rank, Hero and Leghendary members sell for preev+10%
2- You will need trades to have a history and feedback, so again, a high price will prevent you from achieving that as you very likely will get feedback from Newbies whose feedback is not worth much
3- Always use escrow to protect both parties, don't try to do direct trades unless you want to scam or get scammed.

It is bad idea selling btc to skrill and paypal on this forum, there are some users who got scamed. Sell to markets who accept skrill and paypal not in here.

Where is a good / suggested place? ..  Been trolling for awhile and have some bitcoin to sell for paypal on a markup.
But if the risk is %50 on getting my money i would think that the markup would be almost %100.  I am guessing it is not that risky if some are trading at %11.
Any advice welcome and thanks for the great community. Learned a ton and glad I found it. !

bro, i wouldn't get involved with his paypal at this moment becos i called paypal and explained the whole situation. i event sent them our skype chat logs. i am urging them to go for the limitation of his account.

I won't now as you pointed this out now for all to see that it could be trouble to anyone's account that is involved.
It could come in form of a mass charge back when he decides to initiate it thus a chain effect for all that has exchanged with him, including myself.:-\
