You should start off the first jackpot with a certain amount you've invested into it yourself. You should also have a percent of the pool rollover to start the next jackpot. You should have to total size of the jackpot and number of entrants always shown. Also if your taking a cut of the pool, remove the ads as it looks tacky....... Just my two Bits

You might want to slow down on posting this EVERYWHERE!
-How to you keep track of how to pay the winner?
-How is the winner selected?
-10% is your take?

I know it's at the site but you seem to be missing some of the details.

Sure that would work, but how will the players know that you are running an honest game? The way you are doing it, it would be easy to just pick the winner and say it was random. And keep the 10% (not sure why so high?) You need to have some type of setup where it's not easy for you to cheat. There has been a few "lotteries" here before where people just do exactly what you are doing but disappear with the money when its time to pay, or just pay what they claim is a random winner. That person could be themselves.

Also, if you tell people to just send money to an address there will be lot's who send from mybitcoin for example and they will never see their money again. You can't send it back or know who it was!

Ok, ya do those changes before anyone sends money!
I was just wondering how come a lottery just like mine that already exists as opposed to a different type? If you want I can help you make one. But first, make sure to take down that address before someone loses their money!
