What is the best reward type in the pool
I joins strongly hash is stable and continues to https://www.coinotron.com pool is a specialist in some currencies site.

The types of bonuses, such as PPS PPLNS and then RPPPS

What is the best choice as long as uncommitted in mining.

Kano runs PPLNS, over a 5 block average.  It is to discourage pool hopping.   So you will still get payments for the next 5 blocks even after you quit mining.  Definitely a good pool.

Heh, actually it has no effect on hopping :)

The main point of the '5Nd' is to reduce variance, since your work is rewarded over 5 times as long as expected.
i.e. the payout for each share currently takes about 1 to 1.5 days, so the pool average over that 1 to 1.5 days determines it's reward, thus lower variance.
