Considering it's efficiency compared to modern miners. But it looks in good condition. Can the modules be run independently thorough a raspi running cgminer?

I am not sure how to run the modules through another raspi (other than the one included). I think you would need the controller board as well and connect it to Rpi's gpio. See the description on the ebay page you sent. Also it doesn't have any certification regarding its efficiency, which is important for mining hardware. While it's true you will never have an atx mobo cable with a server psu, you can purchase a breakout board to get multiple pcie cables out. Yes for that I need to search a bit, how to make the power ON switch, and make a bit of welding. Anyway those are cheap and good PSU. |
