Distribution

SARCoins 100% premine is distributed via our PoolMiners platform. The intention behind this is to lower the entry level for those not familiar with mining, getting new users into crypto that would otherwise find it to complicated. The distribution schedule is structured to a similar manner to bitcoins decreasing blockwards, starting with 68k SAR distributed daily, for the first year. The distribution schedule is planned for a 20year period at which point all of the premine will have been distributed to users. As of today (2016/6/7) the PoolMiners platform has a little under 4k active users, getting a share of the daily SAR distribution (68k).

Although the vast majority of revenue the distribution model produces goes back to users in the form of referral commissions (up to 77%), the model also funds marketing and development of both SAR and our various services.

As the premined coins are locked in this distribution model, not a single coin has, or ever will land on the market, without going via users first.

Windows, OSX, Raspberry Pi binaries will be available in the coming days. Ubuntu 16.04 binaries are available now, and if you are the type that compiles from source, the code on github is good to go.

I will provide updates on this hopefully later this week. Our designer has been away on holiday and we want everything to look pretty. I'm also still finalizing the last speaker. The current confirmed speakers are fairly well known in the altcoin space and will be discussing things such as PoW/PoS and non currency use cases for blockchains

I want to know in what event are going to participate in Fibes.

The event is hosted by Krypto Commerce International. The first half of the conference will be education focused, part of our krypto akademy project, covering blockchain technology as a whole. The second half of the event will mostly be sarcoin/poolminers focused, as we will have some big announcements/demonstrations to make.

Something I would also like to mention as it slipped my mind earlier, is when starting, we contacted the ministry of finance inquiring whether we needed to declare incoming and outgoing bitcoin transactions, they replied with no. We felt this was counter productive for legitimizing crypto to regulators so have been declaring everything from day one. We also inquired regarding VAT on referral payouts (also in BTC), they responded with only for users in Spain (where we are registered), for spanish users we take care of this for them automatically, the VAT for their payouts is paid, under their name. For users outside of Spain, you will need to find out about what rules apply for your region.

We currently comply with all financial, anti money laundering and anti terrorist funding regulations in europe. We are also doing our best to help shape future regulations to ensure crypto businesses can thrive.

We had a conference on 1st oct in seville. Reasonably small (~100 people) but room was packed. We originally were going to host a much larger conference but decided to downscale due to some issues we were dealing with internally.

So I have a few large announcements to make regarding SAR, and Krypto Commerce.

Asif Baloch is no longer with the company or involved in SAR. This was a mutual decision, all owners agreeing it is the best way to move forward. I will be doing a full write up explaining this is much more detail in the near future. But the short story is, a lack of professionalism and ethics.

To fulfill his role we now have contracts with Telefonica (https://www.telefonica.com), Acens (https://www.acens.com) & ElevenPaths (https://www.elevenpaths.com)

Sadly the migration didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped resulting in some downtime, but everything is back up and running at full capacity.

Krypto Commerce is rebranding to Krypto Tech, all of our plans for the future are still a go, its simply a rebrand.

There are a number of reasons for this plan. Starting with the obvious, I develop SAR and am also a core developer of Jumbucks/Ubiq, this allows me to focus all of my attention on one chain.
The technology Ethereum has introduced with its EVM has massive potential, and I dont see much point in running a separate competing chain, the more currencies and dapps in a single place (Ubiq), the more we all benefit.
This will allow the daily distribution of SAR to be done via a smart contract. This means the coins from the premine, will be locked in the contract, instead of being held by the company. It also means this distribution will be entirely automated.

The swap of SAR, to SAR on the ubiq chain, will be a 1:1 swap. managed very similar to how Jumbucks is swapping to Ubiq. No exchange, or 3rd party required.

This is currently my main focus in regards to SAR. I will provide much more detail regarding the swap process once things are ready and everything is thoroughly tested.



SAR Cafe has opened in Vietnam. It accepts SARCoin and Bitcoin as payment. The team there are more than happy to help educate people on these technologies, hopefully getting them as obsessed as we all are.

One of the developers is the Iquidus guy, so if he is a scammer, at least he paid back with his free and open source explorer.

Any arguments/proofs?

I've installed Windows 64 wallet and have sent coins from Bittrex to the new wallet's address. Wallet is fully in sync but doesn't show any coins. Explorer confirms that coins were sent to the specified address but they are "Not yet redeemed". What's wrong with the wallet? Please help. On the 25th of February Sarcoin will be swapping from its current PoS chain, to becoming a token on the Ubiq network.

The swap will be 1:1, all existing Sarcoin will be swapped. During this swap a rebranding is also taking place, SAR will become QWARK.

No new sarcoin will be created during the swap. The total supply at time of swap will be the total supply of Qwark on the Ubiq blockchain.

The swap will take place on bittrex, please send your Sarcoin there before the 25th of February. Also make sure you secure your account properly with 2fa if it is not already.

If you miss the swap do not worry, instructions on how to submit late swaps will follow post swap.

Qwark will benefit hugely from operating on the Ubiq blockchain, although it will lose PoS, it will gain smart contracts and the network strength Ubiq offers.

Strange that Bittrex has this coin still listed as there has not been any real noticeable development on it that I can see. Bittrex is quite aggressive about their delistings.

It would be fishy with a volume of 5.000 Dollar, but with a volume of 5.5 Million it is not fishy imo. Some big guys are in the coin.

The developer are going to take some of the coins out of the total available supply. Coins that haven't been distributed yet. This make the remaining coins more valuable in theory. Or more likely to gain value, because there are now less of them. In theory. This is a young coin so who knows what will actually happen

i knew this coin wouldnt go up i price after the burn. 28million circulating supply, and 205mil after the burn. the burn was just to try and hype up the price. even if they burned 100mil the price would not go up, unless there is a demand. i would prolly burn another 100mill and then list it on other exchange.
