And beside that, every Bitcoin related news where Russia is involved in must be taken with a pinch of salt. Bitcoin VS Russia is as volatile as Bitcoin VS its price.

Actually after reading this article i see that even the government is divided whether to legalise it or not The story didn't end yet ''The new version of the draft law is expected from the Ministry of Finance by the end of summer.''
