For the same reason RUC was only removed from btc-e recently...I suppose they have their biases like everyone else. Or their devs don't have the time or energy. Not enough decimal places. :-) Title: Re: DVC volume passes TRC and LTC on Vircurex Post by: markm on March 17, 2013, 08:51:37 AM I wonder why there's no DVC trading on btc-e? Not enough decimal places. :-) That is not really a good excuse... on my Open Transactions server all assets - currencies as well as shares - are integers. (But, Open Transactions markets have scale, so you can for example trade at a scale of millions, or of ten-millions, or in short any scale that is an integer power of ten.) -MarkM- Title: Re: DVC volume passes TRC and LTC on Vircurex Post by: crazy_rabbit on March 17, 2013, 04:46:00 PM I wonder why there's no DVC trading on btc-e? Who knows why BTC choses the currency pairs it supports. They can have odd tastes at times. Title: Re: DVC volume passes TRC and LTC on Vircurex Post by: markm on March 18, 2013, 04:54:07 PM Well that was fun while it lasted. I sold lots of DeVCoin, bought almost all of them back, but now need to sell them again if I am to be able to buy again.
(Mostly because I shipped a bunch of bitcoins home along the way. :)) -MarkM- |
