It's unbelievable, how some people think that they can use bitcoin for tax avoidance. After Panama papers scandal they probably understood that offshore companies leave some paper trail. Bitcoin if used wisely would be much safer for them. So, shame on these tax avoiders, for using bitcoin. However, despite these proposals, there are still loopholes to take advantage of. For example, the registration requirements only apply to trustees in EU member states. Moreover, it remains to be seen how they will try to “oversee” Bitcoin since there is no room for central authorities to take control.
