If you don't want to buy it - don't buy it.

If you want to be perceived as legitimate I suggest you ask one of the mods or admins (or some other reputable forum member) to try your guide with a big (say, 80-90%) discount or even for free. If that person will be able to vouch for you people will be less sceptical of your offer. I have proposed this solution to another guy claiming to sell guides but received no response, I doubt he sold anything because his offer smelled like it was authored by a scammer and a pliagarist.

My review, this guide isn't worth 2BTCs. It could make you some money but it instructs you to do some shady stuff, including running a shady program. There is some code included for wordpress sites, that could make you some money. So I don't think it is a scam, but it isn't a great rich quick scheme. I personally wouldn't spend more than .5 BTC and that is me being nice.

Not both - it involves online marketing via affiliates and some greyhat pushing of the sites involved. I'm fairly sure I've read such guides before over digitalpoint and/or talkgold.

The package comes with the codes and material needed to start you off, including a few scripts and website base. I'm not going to discuss the legality of the scripts as it's not advertised publicly. The tutorial is quite conclusive - a 50 page material including the photos and such. I agree with gweedo above as the price is too high at 2, and probably at 1 too. However, I'd conclude it's not a scam and it indeed saves you time starting off if you want to do online marketing and is inexperienced in this. I'm not too sure about the the actual effectiveness for the claims involved as I haven't tested it, and probably will not.
