Title: Have: Dwolla USD; Want: BTC Post by: checkers6676 on March 19, 2013, 11:38:49 PM Hey all, I'm new to dwolla and was trying to get a bunch of money into my mtgox account fast. That backfired when I learned mtgox takes 10+ days to verfiy my account, and dwolla can't send money to mtgox until 30 days after account creation.
So: In two days (Thursday, 3/21/2013) I will have $5000 in my dwolla account. I would like to do a person to person transfer with someone (ideally their dwolla account will be over 30 days old and their mtgox account will be verified, so they can quickly buy back BTC for themselves). I would be trading the USD for BTC, the rate is open for discussion and will of course depend on the price of BTC once Thursday comes. I'm posting this thread now so people can begin offering. I'm fine with using escrow/middlemen, or if there is a very trusted seller I'm fine with sending first. edit: I am also willing to do smaller increment trades, so if you don't have the full amount of BTC for a $5000 transaction please still talk to me :) edit edit: I will also very happily do 1:1 MtGox USD code for my Dwolla USD. I'll assume the 0.25USD fee. |
