This belongs in the gambling section.
Also isn't the NHL hockey season starts in October? That is a long way to wait for a bet to settle man.

I never heard about betmoose... But I checked you bet and it will be settled in 76 days. Hell of a patience you have to place bets like that.
You will forget about this bet before this game will even start. I will suggest you would rather cancel that bet and place another on present events.

I don't believe he can do this even on a newer site like this with over two months to wait.
Normally you can not cancel bets once they arr placed on casinos. If that were the case then alot of people would be doing this for their bets too.

i dont think that it is a very new site as i found an official thread of this site here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=645747.0 the thread was started on june 09, 2014 so you can say that it is a 2 years old site but i have to say that it is not much popular though.

yes you are right but since it is a sports bet and the game is not yet started, there is a possiblity that the bet could be cancelled if op contacts the support.

But I said you can not cancel your bet once you make it. ???
If that was the case then I would of cancelled my bet for France to beat Portugal in the Euro's 3 days before it started if I had an idea it was not going to go France's way. And I think alot of people would of done the same if they had the same feeling as I did.

You cannot cancel your bets on sports betting anymore once its confirmed, due to the fact that the market is changing the odds every time.

I like the site design, and damn the volume on the 45th US election.

Are there any options for investors or is this a parimutuel betting site?

It seems to be a sole ownership site if that is what you mean  ;)
I asked another site a while ago if I could possibly buy their casino. Their answer was straight and a precise no. These owners see their site's potential to grow and don't want any outside interference involved if all is going as they have planned. And so far it seems this site has alot going for it so no, I don't see them wanting any more investors.

Cool site with a great layout!

This bet seems like a no brainer?

The price of one Bitcoin in USD will rise over $900 before September 1st 2016 as per Bitstamp .
The bet will resolve early if it passes $900 before then.

I have never seen betting sites like this. This may be a good way to hedge your bets like selling/ buying options on stocks. If you hold lots of bitcoin
you could say No it wont hit 900 and if it doesnt you win but if it does you lose your bet but are super happy cause your bitcoin shot up super high

Shameless promotion ? Or honest post ? I lean towards shameless promotion since you have but one post and the event is a long while from now.

Well... would you look at that the site is already down...
Nice try but ehhh no....

Hahaha, i think you have that strategy, but it will just make you breakeven or just loose, trust me. If you have a lot of btc, just bet on one side.
