Asking for $50 / MTGOXusd - 5% ex: if MTGOX last price is $62.25 / BTC , then you feed in ($50 / $62.25) * 0.95 => BTC0.763) Also have $30 in Amazon balance to purchase something w/ package tracking... would ask Total$ / MTGOXusd - 10% (ex: you use up full $30 and you'd send me BTC0.434 (using rate l listed above) when you receive the package. For this, I'd especially ask that escrow due to the variability in shipping/etc, if you know of a good escrow service I'd be happy to use it. I found http://btcrow.com/ and it looks to be reasonable. The escrow service fee would be taken out of my take, so you wouldn't need to send extra.
