Why did you say Russia is the best? They just outlawed bitcoins in their country and it doesn't look like bitcoins will spread in Russia, until maybe when Putin leaves.

They are referring to the user RussiaIsBest (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=880007). At least try reading the topic before spamming for signature payment.

On topic, I don't really see the problem with this user. The only possible rule breaking post that I can find is this one (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1550732.msg15670972#msg15670972), which could possibly be removed on the bounds of spam. Other than that the rest of his posts are simply just his opinion. This isn't usually removed by the forum on the bounds of trying to retain as much free speech as possible.
If you don't like what a user says, you can always press the 'Ignore' button.
