5 X 14 = 70  Member (2,5 month )
6 X 14 = 84
7 X 14 = 98
8 X 14 = 112
9 X 14 = 126 Full Member (4,5 month )

*increased activity every two weeks

You don't need any posts or activities to be "a member of bitcoin."   Bitcoin has no membership, it is a distributed system.   ;D

And btw, you should move this to the Meta section if you are talking about bitcointalk.org and not just bitcoin itself.

Depends on time spent and your posts here.You must post atleast 2 posts per week to get higher ranks in every two weeks activity update

There is a time lag moving from newbie to member so that you can read other people's post and learn some more about bitcoins and altcoins. That way you can make posts that are constructive.
