Since this week i have been waiting for bitcoin price to go up so that i can sell and gain profit but not to avail


What are the factors that can make bitcoin rise?

will bitcoin Go down or up?

if  bitcoin goes down what are you planing to do?

and if it goes Up what will you do with your bitcoin?

Wouldn't it be nice if we all had the correct answer to your question.  I will tell you that I am in the buying mode myself.  Nothing huge but a few more at least.  Waiting, watching, in line like almost all here.

Price goes up or down it does not matter to me thanks to bitcoin

it has created many other coins and one of the ones I will put my

bitcoin into that I think will be stable in the not to distant future

I don't know how many times I need to repeat myself, but we really didn't see real effects of halving. Do you people really thing that things are happening over night?
Even last time after halving, there was few months passed before bitcoin reached his record. I think there is chance for us to see similar scenario this year, there is still a lot until the end of the year. I'm more interested where we will be in January and February after this rise happen, can bitcoin hold it or will it drop again a lot like last time.

No one knows, but since we are guessing I will say lower.

The price always rebounds after bad events, it is mainly a traders market, you gotta be in it to win it  ;D

Definitely. We saw even as it plumeted downto 460 it shot back up the 500's the exact same day, and now we're bouncing around just under 600.

This is the same number that I was thinking it would be because it is just hovering at this price for a while now with out any movement. I think when it gets above the hundreds then it starts to climb upwards.

I'm personally hoping that the price will continue with its decreasing trend, low enough for others to make use of the opportunity to purchase loads of bitcoins. But as other has said, the trend will probably stop in a few weeks time, and rebound back & possibly over its original valuations before the hack.

If you follow the trend of the last week, we should be at negative 100 in about 10 days.

I'll be the pre-judge and not buy any of that stuff.  It's bitcoin or nothing for me, all altcoins are going to zero eventually with the exception of maybe 3.  And those will probably go to zero in a few years.

We got a dump because of bitfinex and now we're in the rebound phase.  Feels great!

in my opinion, the rate will up until $600 in next week and stable in that rate while after that the rate will be up and down, like rebounds because of buy and sell demands. but its only my wishes and my dream. i hope its come true so we all are happy  ;D

I think the price of bitcoin will go up, but not fast, maybe slow increase day per day. If the bitcoin's price goes down i will try to wait first and when i try to predict the next price.

The factor can make the price of bitcoin is rising or not it's had a various reason, like demand of bitcoin, their users and various cases is can become some factor for bitcoin. but I sure after seeing the market bitcoin will increase slowly. if the price of bitcoin will rising I wanna selling my BTC into USD balance and wait for them until the price is fall.

i think a bit of a down turn at this point would be healthy and normal, considering the circumstances...

but if market paints a couple more of these and i'll be Fing bullish again

i believe downward trend will be there for few days and again it may rise with high volume. probably bitcoin price down people may selling more btc based on panic that hacking news happening on so many sites.

this is the phase for whales to accumulate bitcoin, look at the ridiculous trade volume that has been happening in the past few days. can you see the amount of bitcoin that they have been buying while keeping the price down?

Yes, it is very difficult to predict the price of bitcoin and events like Bitfinex and Mt. Gox, make them even more difficult to predict the prices.
Thus i belief  no one can exactly predict the future of this coin.

Bitcoin is P2P currency. And as user will increase to maintain network it will obviously increase in price of bitcoin. Currently bitcoin is below $600. But it happens because of stake holder of bitcoins.

If stake holder needs money and for that if he decide to sales his own bitcoins at lower price then it affects on market. But as per my acknowledgement price of bitcoin will go high soon.

Bitcoin price will rise again,but you have to be patient.

The panic around the Bitfinex hack will be over soon.

I believe the price will be stagnant for around a month but it will eventually break the 600$ plane shortly thereafter. Although this is bitcoin and truly anything can happen. It may go down in the next month but I'm positive at some point in time it will return to its price point previous to the Bitfinex hack and hopefully soar even higher.

I hope so too. It is good to see that almost 70% if the bitcointalk.org members here think bitcoin prices will rise again. The best thing we can do stabilize prices is to not sell at these price levels.

dont panic guys! If you want some action in the meanwhile (profit) you can always grab a amount from your btc and go to alt coin scene !and when btc rise go back do your stuff, but yes i think also we will have a possible down trend till 20th , and dont be afraid to purchase more btc for a lower price because by the end of the month more profit will be there for you !

Chances are it is going to rebound, but there is no guarantee, like always. Chances are it is going to take a gew weeks for the value to start going up in a meaningful way, but chances are the bull run will begin soon.

As for ETH/ETC, you're right, they don't seem to know where they're going. Chances are they'll slowly reach equilibrium, or they'll split and one or the other chain will fail. We'll find out soon enough.

bitcoin going to rise, you need to wait at least until the end of the year. if the price drops my plan just to buy, but when the price goes up, I'll sell my bitcoin, but if it goes above $1,000.

Because we have seen this before. Price drops because of a negative events but faithful bitcoin users will take the price drop as an opportunity. They will buy bitcoins because of the low price and that action will pump the price back up. We are in the bounce back phase and soon bitcoin will be steadily growing again.

if it really goes down, you better just hold it til it goes up again.
or better yet buy ETC as its the most popular coin as of now to which has enormously grow. you could be earning exponentially. buy now for a lot of speculation says this will be a better coin in the future.

There is pretty good chance price will start rising very soon, it will get recovered some and will be up to $600 before the next weekend, it has been start moving into the positive after some bad circumstances because of that inside job hack.

I have already placed few buy orders to buy cheap bitcoin if price again go below 500 and 450$. But if price increase i will be only selling few if price go beyond 700 or 750$.

I guess only time will tell if all altcoins will go to zero. but while doing my own research on the ADZcoin , ADZbuzz project that coin has a good chance of gaining in value and stabilizing at some point above zero.  ;)
