Update: Just lowered GROUP BUY entry point to 10+ coins for 5 or less people. Very manageable group, if you buy in now @ 10BTC it will pay for itself in 1 month @ double current difficulty, no other hardware will do that at the moment.

I am looking for five or less people to partner with and purchase one 63Gh AVALON unit. I am short about 50 coins to complete the purchase, if you're interested then send me PM so we can pre-order it together. My plan is simple, I'll be running the unit in my server room and all mined coins will be split equally depending on amount of coins contributed. PM me if interested, only looking for 5 or less people with 10+ coins, I got one Avalon unit in my CART, it won't stay there for too long. This is a long shot but never know maybe I'll find someone :)

Terms:

- All mined coins are split based on personal BTC contribution, no deductions, my electricity cost is 0, and I don't feel it's fair to charge management fees for equal term partnership.

Someone asked about if electricity cost and other expenses will deducted from mined profit?

Answer is no, whatever mined will be split between myself and two other people, nothing deducted. My electricity cost is 0 and I don't feel it's fair to charge management fees on equal term partnership.

You should verify yourself with a senior or preferred hero member being that you are pretty new.   Due Diligence please.

Its been sold out on and off for last 4 hours I also got one in my profile on hold. Either way if i dont get one with two other people its not a big deal.

I'd be interested, but unfortunately I won't be able to buy the BTC until Thursday-Friday and dunno what the price will be like by then. Most likely it'll be sold out by then too. Ah well.

Yep, I am keep an eye on this, will see what happens.

I figure 25coins is good entry point from risk perspective, I don't hold my breath for May delivery, so entering at higher difficulty sometime in June/July with 25 coins invested is better proposition.

Batch 2 incomplete orders were given chance to complete payment. So hopefully same will happen for batch3, if not the Ill just refund the coins, not a big deal, never hurts to try.

I think part ownership is way better then paying $15000 for a pre order on ebay.

BTW my corporate datacenter server room has failover ISPs, plus a private 100mbit fibreline, dual 10Kva UPS, and locked down security access. I could probably host 20 avalons there :-)

I am probably going do to direct deposit thru cavirtex and buy the unit myself if noone is interested by monday. Just dont have enough funds in my mtgox atm, hence willing to pair up with someone.

Also I am located in Vancouver BC Canada if anyone local wants to pair up its even better dealing in person.

Got few people interested to join, just waiting for contribution. Also someone offered smaller amount then 10BTC, however I am trying to keep this group buy to as few people as possible, for manageability, so looking for investors with 10BTC+

I might be willing to go into this buy. However, I'd like to snag a batch 2 pre-order off of Ebay if a trustworthy source can be found. If that works out then the batch 3 unit can be a 2nd addition. Is it possible you can delay your payment further to arrange for that to be a possibility?

Interesting request. However mainly looking for someone to buy-in now, since it's probably a good idea to pay for the unit ASAP.

As I I told youn on the PM's  and the emails we have exchanged I am willing to put 15-16 BTC that I have curently in my walet In case you can not consentrade the whole ammount and only a small ammount is missing I am willing to buy them from the free market and add them too.

Please let us know if there have been others willing to contribute and if we are close to the goal!

the 13.5 if we can not gather maybe we could try to split it beetween us? so then we will be 3 pesons, very small group easy to talk to each other etc etc I could try to find 1 more person intrested but he will have to buy the BTC from free market

Numbers seems right, I am good for 17-18BTC (daem that exchange rate). Total price is 74.46 shipping included, I didn't PSU.

I wouldn't send BTC directly to Avalon since I my order is ONHOLD, I should probably contact them or BITPAY first and see if it can be paid for and be completed.

Will let you know what answer I get from them.

On-hold means not paid. Not paid means cancelled unless you have bought 50+ units and paid in RMB by wire transfer.

Avalon batch #3 is sold out and you won't be able to validate an unpaid order ("on hold"), this is 100% guaranteed.

I am going to contact them and see what they say, you are probably correct, however some of the Brach2 orders were given an opportunity to complete the payment, when the order process when haywire.

I may be interested.  Got the coins ready to go, no issue there.  

This is pending identity verification of yourself, and confirmation from the Avalon people that the order will actually go through.    Sort both of those out and I'm in.

I think that I found another guy who has already a confirmed order but wants to sell he is in NJ If we dont get a confirmation on your order we could all together try o buy his oder , ofcourse everyone should judge at his own

Thanks everyone who was interested. At this point I got enough of my own fiat converted to buy the unit if I get a reply from Avalon. I haven't heard anything from them yet, but never know.
