Hello. I want to buy bitcoin using a credit card but many places ask me to verify my id but i refuse to do this. So is there a reputable exchange that will sell me bitcoins without verification?

Yes the most exchangers ask for the id verification to use their services especially if you are using credit card.
Instead you can fund Neteller or perfect money with your card, and then exchange from this ewallets easily into bitcoin.

You can do with Localbitcoins. You can buy lots of bitcoins with faith. They do not require your ID proof. They just require your wallet ids.

CC payment can be canceled that's why all companies need to verify ... I guess there is no other option.

Where is your place? because here in my country without any identification you can deposit your wallet instantly.
No ID is allowed. but the problem if you dont have un you have no power to withdraw it instantly you will use the withdrawal with fee if your identity is unknown also there is many limit..

Good question on country as many like me who are in US find you need to fill out your information due to know your customer laws, meant to prevent money laundering.   So if in US to be a exchange following laws they must get a lot of information about user.   A great example is coinbase as they follow it and even track if you do certain things like gamble they don't support it.

I think most popular is going to be localbitcoins which a few have talked about.   But remember here your are dealing with other people so kinda loses the "reputable exchange" in my idea as you deal with a seller who is not the site.  But many use it without issue.  Also you normally pay a higher price then a "regular" exchange so I would make sure your really can't be linked to it before paying that extra percentages.

there is a reason for the time period that you have to wait on verification, they don't do it to mess with you. my above comment by notlist3d explains it well.

if you don't like the process then you have to use another way which is riskier. for example use an online money processor like paypal or many others like webmoney,.... (you can find a bunch of them on c-cex.com) and then buy/sell bitcoin using them which is faster.

I am not really sure about Credit Card. However OKCoin does allow people to start trading without verifying much - just a phone number will do. Get one virtual phone number from Google Voice and you should be fine. I used this tactic to trade Bitcoin for USD at OKCoin before.

Some seller can select various options to accept the trade like veified phone or verified id  and more.

You can take a look back to who introduced you into this forum. I'm pretty sure that that person has bitcoins. You can definitely buy from him and I don't think he's going to ask for your verification. Or maybe just go and try to think of your friends then see if someone's using bitcoin. Just buy from an individual, do meetups, so you wouldn't be needing any ID verification.

Or you can withdraw the money from your atm card and try to buy via cash in person or maybe where you life yoh can find this bitcoin atm's they work using cash and maybe credit cards?

The simpls way would be the withdraw and cash option if you like to keep your identity for you

Just send your funds to you paypal account there are still users  accepting paypal, but are very rare. but that's just how you can do it if you don't like ID verification.

The only really possible way to buy btc staying anonymous is by cash.
If you buy it with some kind of online payment, the selling party always knows your name or account details.

Or he can simply buy  prepaid virtual credit card's most of the providers that i know offer you a 2.500$ yearly spending limit and you not need any from of id card, it would be hard again to buy but it's a a big chance that this is a solution, let's say you load the vcc for 100$ and you can simply swap them for amazon gift card or other online gifts the excgange rate is terrible but again an option to stay anonymous

Well, when buying with your credit card, you have to fill your personal information and ID verification is always needed. I really can not think of a alternative without needing an ID verification. Try finding a person and pay in cash or try localbitcoins, maybe you can buy there.

Yes buying from localbitcoins will not require your id proof, as they will only ask for your bitcoin address and once they receive the payment they will send btc instantly to your btc address.

There is way how to avoid ID verification. In the past I have funded my btc-e account with CC using e-obmen.net .... but the final fee for transfer was quite high.

I have an experience on this. I bought btc but none asked for id proof for verification. Just my wallet address is enough to receive btc I am buying.

I would arrange with some merchant who accepts both CC and Bitcoin to pay with a credit card and then to give change in Bitcoin.  ;)  .... The moment you use your credit card, your tx is reflected on

Try using Waterhole (http://waterhole.io/). It's a mobile trading platform which allows you to trade with sellers/buyers based on your location. It has a 3-step verification process, but it is not mandatory.

It would be really difficult to buy from an exchange without an account with them since they require I.D before you can complete your registration with them in the first place.
I think you mean to buy from a site on the go without having to register with them in order to purchase from them.
The only one I method i would know is that you would need to enter in a phone number to get the sms message for the code. But thats about all that you would need to provide as a form of I.D.

If you want to keep your identity private you probably don't want to use a credit card. I think the best way to buy bitcoins anonymously is through localbitcoins.com. You can create an account there without any identification. Then select one of their Buy Online ads and choose one for Cash Deposit. This will be from people just like you who are selling bitcoins. When you contact them they will provide their bank details for you to make a deposit, and when completed they will release the bitcoins to you, which are held in escrow. The whole process can be done in under an hour or two, no ID required.

If you haven't found any exchange yet that does not require verification ID to continue the deal then I would suggest searching in your city/area/country if there is anyone who wants to sell his bitcoin for cash or for buying something online for him which you can do through your credit card.

You choose to pay by credit card but you do not want to go through the verification stage, I think it's something that impossible.

What you are asking is almost impossible. Most of the exchangers will ask you at least some kind of verification. That is when you are buying. When you are selling certain exchangers, i.e bitpanda in Europe only needs email verification and you can sell to them up to 1000 euro per day without any id verification. The only thing they will know is your Paypal/Skrill/Neteller address. I repeat this is only about the selling, regarding the buying you are asking it's almost impossible to do.

Its thier policy to know if youre the trueowner of that card and  not hacked. Theres a lot of forum sites out there where you can get hacked credit card for ftee. Thats why they need id verifiction to prevent being scam.

this is another good solution. better to use escrow to avoid something wrong that will happen, beside that it will covers seller and buyer when they make transaction on this forum. the other reason using escrow is to make each of seller and buyer get trusted on here.

Rather then buying from this forum I will always prefer to buy it from localbitcoins as it is good, reputed and trusted site to buy and sell bitcoins as it doesn't involved any human verification nor you need to disclose your identity in it and the traders have good trust so there is no chance of getting scammed.

I think that no one will want to undertake such a transaction. If the credit card is stolen, the money paid out from this card will be tracked, and recipient(s) will have locked account(s) with all resources untill this case will be clarify (sometimes for very long time) . I doubt that anyone want to risk such a transaction, even with escrow.

I think that you didn't read carefully about what is this thread, because this situation is different, and is very likely that it is a fraud.

You don't even need an exchange. You can try BitSquare.io, which is a decentralized bitcoin exchange. I use it all the time.

Selling BTC anon is no problem on bitsquare. Buying depends on what deposit method you use the seller of the BTC can see some info. others you have to give personal info to someone but not the person that sold the BTC.

I think that everywhere is no problem to sell BTC anonymously :)
I didn't try bitsquare, but i suppose that BTC sellers will be very carefull with credit cards (as it is in other services). I doubt if someone will want to sell BTC without verification.  ::)

I read somewhere in the forums about anoon.co (http://anoon.co) and have used it. You don't need ID verification to buy, you just need a paypal account with balance or a credit card enrolled in it. Tho, if you buy from them the buyer protection is disabled because of the nature of bitcoin transactions. Anyway. so far I have not had problems with them when I tried buying coins.

bitsquare has only a few ways to deposit fiat, credit card is not one of them.

Well, that's a bummer. I had high hopes on this exchange network and apparently there aren't many options on it to deposit money into it to buy coins. Hope it does get more people in and have more payment options.

With high rate of Credit card theft, most exchanges will require you to verify ID to buy Bitcoin. However you can find some people on forums who can accept you to buy using credit card directly from them.

I think you are using hacked credit card some of exchange or reputable exchange site or buy and sell bitcoin is need a verification to verified the owner of the credit card if you can't really provide any of the needs then you can't continue to buy bitcoin this is the rules and for the security of customers.

This forum is the place where you can do that thing, just check in currency exchange section you might find someone offering bitcoins in exchange of dollars or fiat or you should open your own thread offering the service, don't forget to use a escrow though.

Buying and selling Bitcoins without id verification is easy, for example you can use the exchange section of this forum to buy/sell your bitcoins easily and you can use escrow to make your deal safe.

Localbitcoins is probably your best choice unless you are buying small amounts, in which case circle or coinbase may work for you, I'm unsure about either but I heard they don't require a lot of verification for small amounts.
I think BTC-E might sell you bitcoins without verification, they also offer withdrawals in bank wire, western union, and a couple other methods.

You can go for Indacoin if you want to buy bitcoins without id verification.
However, they will send a code on the registered mobile number to verify it's you, before doing the transaction.
My advice would be, don't go for transactions without id verification as if any dispute ever arises, you will not have any proof to show that you are scammed, all you will be able to do is just let everyone know that here. So, it's better if you go for verification.

You cant buy bitcoins  using credit  card without verifying that your the real owner of it.  What if your using hack credit card to buy bitcoins. They implemented it to avaoid fraud or scam.

I think you have not visited purse.io nor you have read anything about it properly. Because purse.io is not an exchange where someone can buy bitcoins but it is a third-party website that helps you buy products from amazon paying with bitcoins.

Purse.io is not an exchange service nor do they sell Bitcoin per se. They sell amazon items for Bitcoin, but at a discounted rate.

I suggest OP to get his bitcoin from localbitcoin or any bitcoin companies available in his country.

In every bitcoin you buy there always an verification of the safety of credit card owner there are some credit card harcked that they use in illegal activities in buying drugs and other i think there's no website that you can buy bitcoin without verification needed . Or scamm website if theres no security like this.

I think that by asking for your identification it is safe to say that they are securing themselves on what can happen if your identity was stolen. They would want to be dealing with the right person instead of someone who just stole an identity. Anyone can steal from a credit card holder just by taking a picture of the front and back of the card, especially the back since it has the security code. I think it's for your safety also.

well the reason why there's a id verification to get away from scammers and being scam. in every transaction you do there's always id verification to get their trust with out trust there's no transaction just like trading . if you go to trading discussion you could see there that every transaction they do there's always verification to see if you're a legitimate. just for security reason well i dont know if theres a place you could buy a bitcoin with out id verification.  :D

its good idea for the OP and beside that, maybe he can search his own friends or other people around his city and buy the bitcoin with them, i think it will more safe for the OP because the OP can know the person which selling the bitcoin and who knows, they will make a good relationship with this.

I think you may find sellers not asking for id in localbitcoin.

theres no other option but to follow to be purchase every single piece of bitcoin. even me i refuse at first time to verify my id but i realized that time may pass by and i need to be in rush to buy bitcoin so i decide to do verified my id to be able to buy every single piece of bitcoin and to be able to use bitcoin in other trading site to grow my bitcoin in a month, so i suggest you to follow what they want you to do so you can buy bitcoin.

We have traders selling buying bitcoins. They require just the money to buy the bitcoin. This can be trasffered to their account. Once this trasaction is done, the btc is trasferred to your btc address. Simple.

By not wanting to use an ID card to purchase Bitcoin you are trying to stay anonymous. You're close, but you get no cigar because you are doing it wrong by trying to use a credit card at the same time. Credit Cards require some form of Identification , credit cards are also linked to your Goverment identity such as your Social Security Number, Identification , etc. all of which are sitting in someone's databases ready to be handed over to the authorities. You need to realize that Once Civil Asset Forfeiture laws for bitcoin and other crypto assets are adopted by the Crediting Agencies prosecutions can begin on your purchasing history as evidence of money laundering which is a fine of upto 25 years in prison. And if you're caught redistributing those crypto assets in a court of law to another person then excessive penalties of up to 2 double life sentences plus 40 years are very likely to occur. I would describe a double life sentence as a death penalty, wouldn't you?

Turn on your VPN and then go to mail.com and create an email account. Don't use your real name when creating the email account.Take your new mail.com email and then register for an account at protonmail.com. Open a text file and write down your username and password for both localbitcoins.com, the IP address you used to create the account , and the username and password for your mail.com account and protonmail.com account.

With your VPN still on, use your proton mail account to register an account at localbitcoins.com. You won't need to verify an account there, not if you choose to do this next step.

Find a seller who will sell you bitcoins through the U.S Postal Service. He or she needs to have 100% trust rating and should not require any form of ID verification. Now leave your house or apartment and go to your bank or ATM machine and withdraw cash, $500 to $1,500.00 should be fine. Go to your local store and buy a yellow manila envelope to place the cash inside, and a magazine to place the envelope inside. Buy a pair of rubber gloves to be safe when touching the inside of the magazine.

Send the clean images to the seller and he or she will approve you. Log out of your account and go to the post office with the sealed envelope. Pay for the postage, have it scanned and signed by the post office. Don't be cheap, send the package Express Overnight Delivery And be sure to grab your tracking number as it will be required by the seller.  

Go back home and login to Local Bitcoins with the same IP address and provide the seller with the tracking number. You are now done and should receive your bitcoins to your localbitcoins.com bitcoin wallet in about 2 days or less.

This world requires an individual to become smarter and on the defensive when the rest of the world is foolishly exposing themselves by allowing these companies to save so much information on them. Informational-data such as spending habits, travel locations, foods they eat, etc.  

Ask your self this question, do you want your credit card company to have records of you buying bitcoin on file? If the seller is arrested at Local Bitcoins for not having the right money transmission license would you want your information with localbitcoin.com as a verified person who once did business with that seller? Wouldn't it be better to have reasonable non-identifiability in case of a seller investigation?

Use localbitcoins. They don't require ID only some traders do they each have their own requirements but most don't need. It's a trusted site and uses escrow.

Why are people here saying it's impossible ? It's not at all. Do you even trade ? Also I wish people would stop going on about asking for ID for safety. Never give your ID details to anyone not willing to do the same. As if you going to then only do it with jawra who do it too. Never give your ID to someone not willing to do the same. well, the best place for that is coinmama.io or exmo.me though KYC at exmo took me 2.5 months (!!!!!!). I believe coinmonkey.io platform will allow buying and selling coins for fiat will be available with no KYC at all.

I would recommend LocalBitcoins for buying Bitcoins without any id verification needs. Also you buy through cash so you also avoid any trace of purchasing it. Have been using it for few years now without any issues. Also try to stick to the platform and don't do transactions with someone outside the platform as you get exposed to getting scammed.

When your using a credit card you are giving your personal information hence your id as verification to purchase the bitcoin.
Unless you are using a stolen card and this would be the reason why most if not all places now ask you for some sort of verification when purchasing bitcoin even on localbitcoins.
