I've thought of a service I can offer to try and recoup some of the money I've put into my unit with 8 x AMD Radeon graphics cards running Virtual Open CL Cluster that I used for crypto mining.

So, for $7.50 in BTC, I can crack your WPA/WPA-2 .cap/.pcap/.hccap files using GPU accelerated Hashcat.

For this I will be using a 22gb collection of wordlists and rainbow tables.

I've used it successfully to retrieve 2 x 12 alphanumeric pass phrases yesterday in under 3 hours.

I will be taking orders and running one at a time.... if you need it done in a hurry, you can go next in the queue for an additional $5.

If it's uncrackable within 48 hours, I will return your fees.

First person who arranges to send me a valid handshake file will get it free as a vouch.

If you set WPA/PSK2 - AES protection with good and strong password up to 63 characters long(no words from the dictionary) and disable WPS then your wi-fi conection is secure.Such long random password and disabled WPS will protect your wi-fi.

I have all above protection but with enabled WPS and somebody is hacked my home network due to security vulnerability that has WPS.After that I change all my data and turn off WPS,since then there is no problem.You can always check who is connected to your network with some of many programs for PC or smartphone.

63 characters? I read that if password have at least one big letter, small letter, number, symbol and have at lest 26 characters is uncrackable and will not be for the next few years..

.cap / .pcap / .hccap are Packet Capture file created by packet sniffing programs.
If your wireless network adapter supports packet sniffing then, you can use a program (Wireshark, Microsoft Network Monitor, ...) to record network traffic.

The captured file helps find the password, so this guy will find the password using the file (with brute-forcing).

Im just thinking how you can get the wifi password of our neighbors if you are in far places,. how you can get the password?
Or you need to download file or something or you will need to use teamviewer.. can you explain you can get the wifi password?

Yeah exactly. Its called "Evil Twin Method". At the end if you are smart enough to take all precautions so that your wifi connection is safe  then no one can hack you. Even if you set up a strong password if you are a fool then you will always loose up your password.

What is the longest password (I mean with how many characters - big/small letters + numbers + symbols) that you can crack?

Before you start bruteforcing can you check how many characters have password?

For that matter, you're right.If someone really wants to do something will always find a way.


In "Evil Twin Method" there is a problem for hacker that fake AP must be closer or stronger then real AP,so if hacker can not fulfill this requirement this method will not work.

Nice that you are able to crack WPA 2. I have a friend who is expert in CS and he has challenged me as cracking wpa2 is impossible. Now I want reopen his challenge after getting it done from you. I think every security is hack-able and I want to make use of it for some bitcoins in a friendly betting way :P.

It's indeed impossible If the password is complex. It's only possible by brute force,dictionary attacks etc... (just like MD5 , SHA-256 etc...)

Nothing is impossible....

I can also crack locked MS Office files, PWD protected RAR files and a range of other things.

This is right. there is no reason to use a very very 63 charactor long Password. you can simply use some hard words and symbols to secure your connection.. and if you use 2 Spaces on both side of your password it will be 100% uncrackable.

Technically, The length of the password can't make the brute-forcing impossible. It only makes it longer.

Some passwords require extreme computing power and time....

If I can't crack it in 48 hours, I'm giving in.

Some cracks could be possible, but can take weeks or months.

My setup is checking around 60,000 words per second,someone work it out over 48 hours.

Just as a matter of interest. You talking about WiFi connections when you speak of WPA right ? Well how long does it take ? How many hashes do you need for a certain kind of password difficulty ?

Depending on type of security and settings of wifi network it can take anywhere from 1 second to infinity..

When for first time i was bruteforcing my internet connection with 16 digits WPA2 password, my laptop show me trillion years.. ;) but when i choose to bforce only 5 digits from 16 it takes me only 5 minutes. (I did it without rainbow tables and two years ago.. ;) )

It will be enough for me when you tell me if you ever bforce 10 digits password (or at least 9), and if you can, tell us how long it takes you?

It looks like we have next confirmations about home-made hackers. They just know too much to speak about that.. :D Or just don't know nothing about WPA2 networks :) .. kids everywhere ;)
