Not only smoking kills but also tobacco is not legalized in most of the countries.  In many countries where it is legalized the local manufactures of CIGARETTES do not allow import of CIGARETTES and govt imposes extra taxes on import to support local business.

DHL allowes across the world to ship up to 5 sleeves without paying anything else exept the cost of shiping!

Yes it seems the most expensive thing would be the shipping. Since you're in the EU, shipping to the US and CA would be pretty costly. What you could do is find a person to do business with in the US and have them sell for you.. That's just a suggestion, best of luck with your sales.
