Title: Blockchain.info not delivering bitcoins into wallet. Post by: simneo on March 27, 2013, 08:59:50 PM Being new and all, I can't ask this question anywhere else. I tried looking it up with search but none seem to be experiencing the problem I am facing.
About 10 days back I purchased some bitcoins through blockchain.info's SMS payment service. Until this day still I haven't recieved anything. I've had this happen before and the last time I was able to get a hold of customer support. This time however I am not getting a response, even after 10 days. Has anyone experienced this issue? Did I wait to long and lose my btc? I've seen a user named piuk help a few people out, in case he/she notices this. Post by: simneo on March 28, 2013, 08:18:52 PM I am not sure that's the same problem I am dealing, I've used their SMS payment system lots of times, but this time it didn't seem to work and I still haven't gotten a response from Blockchain.info support
It still says I need to wait for a member to be assigned to my support ticket, but it's been 12 days now. So I am kinda getting worried. |
