Escrow is out of question here since user is asking to post a add on LBC [LocalBitCoins.com] which has an automated escrow.Since LBC accounts are heavily sold around the forum, make sure you're not dealing with a bought one..

To my knowledge, it is not possible for a user to tell if a LBC account is sold or not. Even if you are dealing with a purchased LBC account, if you use the LBC escrow system properly, then you should not have major issues provided that the payment method is not reversible.

With the above being said, it looks like the OP might be trying to use a credit card to buy bitcoin, which is very reversible.
MoneyGram online transfer.
