Seems like it.A Troll,I may add.That shouldn't be a problem if he is owner of the account.Judging by the post quality,definitely not the account one would keep as a collateral.

What that has to do with anything ? He can just make up bullshit and push it on to you.Doesn't matter he's trading/gambling/buying drugs ,if he provides a valid collateral and you agree with the terms ,loan should be granted.That's just my opinion.
