Title: Legal aid for banking services

Assuming all things are done correctly or with a bit of pinache, are there any legal issues when trading bank accounts for BTC or PayPal?

PayPal forbids exchanging to any kind of money platform, including not only Bitcoin but also other processors such as Skrill.

But lots of people exchange PayPal with other platforms, there is even an advert I read in the forum of a site that deals mainly in those kind of exchanges.

Yes they do but that doesn't makes it legal or permissible.If paypal come to know about them,their accounts will get banned
