I'm giving these things the nickname decentralized co-ops aka DCOs. They use the PoW mining to distribute coins and decide who's in the DCO and how much stake they have in it. Both ICOs and PoW->PoS can suck, both can be good. I might buy this coin if it's not too expensive on yobit or c-cex.
