I was going to sugest a similar thing. You can make a design contest, one for week for example and give X bitcoin to the winner, you can make it here on forum or make a website, so others users can vote in the best art. Actually you can try to expand the business, you know, there's a lot of people here wanting to work in something, like a own business... You can try to make deals, for example, to others users use the same designs and they pay to you a bit for the draws... Like a international company or something like that...
