Is it time to aim for something Big?
If you had support starting a new business what would you want to do, and/or what type of service will fill a significant need in a way not currently available?

In general, without revealing your most original, "top secret" ideas:
What kind of service/business would you create if you had funding and people helping you succeed?

If ever someone will fund my dream online business i woukd provably create some new exchanger and i will join the thrend of new altcoin addition so many people and whales will get  attract to do trade on it and also i would create a ICO coins list and ICO News site so people would see the list of new ones,potential ones and altcoin project and those two businesses would i create if funds are available and i think those business named will be hit for those enthusiast on altcoin world.

Honestly i would go for a church/sect. I have friends and pardon me for religious people here but it is tax free. I can profit but i would also help the poor and give free services and shelter to them. I think its a sustainable income and with correct processing.

I think charm of bitcoin is still increasing day by day and providing merchant solution could be good startup. And also it should cover quite few countries like i will partner up with few banks in other countries or even hire someone there to have office and provide bitcoin merchant service platform with direct exchanged to their bank fiat if they want.

Better i will try to touch quite untouched market like african and asian market.

It can be nice solution but I do not think it will provide you profit, it would be more considered as a non profitable organisation if you are asking me.

I would most likely start a couple of clubs and restaurant that are accepting the bitcoin but all with a unique theme.

Just aiming big things if some of my standard measures are already finished.A lot of the service I wanna for making it... not only focussing on the 1 business and I wanna for having 1 in all of the section. Like in my environment is already using payment with QR code system and that is showing the digital payment will be familiar in my environment

I can even give my most "top secret" idea. I just won't be able to go into detail with it. It's the only idea that's truly been on my mind for the past while, This idea, is what I would actually like to say I did with my life if I can ever manage to do it.

What I would do if I had the funding and the proper social channels would be to test an ultra-flat, nearly upside-down business model that utilizes and leverages the open source movement and ideology to an extent I've never seen any business come close to. Right now I've only got the model worked out for digital products built a certain way, but after I manage to test and refine the idea, perhaps I could with other types of services and products to help the idea spread.

Too bad I'm not in a good enough financial spot to even work on the product I was working on to test this model, before a few other things went south in my life (financially.) Though, I'm determined to get back to work on it all, just as soon as I can manage to get my head back above water.

If i have a very good knowledge in tradig i would surely let someone invest on me and then i will let it grow then we are be sharing the equal amount of shares. And also if i have the facility i would let it to used by someone just put their  mining tools there and let it run for as long as they wanted to and i ll be getting some small fees for the maintainance

If you want a tax free business, I think you can setup a cooperative, or as you said a foundation.  A business that hides in the back of charity group to escape taxes :D.  Tax Evasion, anyway in my country it happens. 

As of the service/business, i would like to have a buy and sell of native products,  i would buy the raw products in a very reasonable price, create a job for the natives to increase their way of living.  Mostly it will be handicraft or some products that has something to do with the natives skills.  T

I would like to create a web portal and mobile  apps which would give the location of services offered by business which accept bitcoins and in general cryptocurrency and provide a local business location for business owners and customers to convert cryptocurrency to fiat and vice versa.

I personally think this would be a better way to introduce bitcoin to more people and gradually bitcoin will become an alternative currency for their fiat currency

I would have created an mmorpg and integrate bitcoin in it.  i  will make a two server, one PVP and another PVE where the PVP server is an open world PVP where character can battle ea other anywhere, and the other one PVE Server where PK is prohibited because there are many players that prefer a peaceful levellling.   And player can enter both world with the same account and character.

Wow, this is something quite good improvement in growth or introduce bitcoin. I hope that the mmorpg that you created is indeed very sought after by some people who liked the game mmorpg type, I am sure that you will get a huge advantage if you use bitcoin as payment in topup or etc

Yup. Gaming and Bitcoin integration could be huge. So many people spend so much time inside games now that there must be a vast appetite to turn them into something approximating real economies.

I know you have tokenised currencies in certain games but something that Bitcoin baked into it would take it to another level.

That's right, just like GTA V is already integrated with bitcoin and more likely like a real life people can play and can earning and losing their coins the implementing of fusion bitcoin and game in the future and we no need a cash.

It's always time to aim for something big regardless of your current status in life. I personally would want to create a review website wherein people could apply for a job and get a sample of products from different companies, in return, they are expected to send a review/feedback about the product. The sample products are already a kind of salary to them and if the review is good enough, they'll even get some cash.

I guess this is not a good idea that you are going to use the church or sect for your own good. Why are you going to hide your own agenda for your own sake behind the names of the church. It is better if you are going to get profit the way it is with other businesses but not with the church power and still you have good purpose for it.

I thought that we are talking here about services/businesses that will be beneficial for the society or bring something good to the world.

But so far we are discussing sect/church creation - which is counterproductive and harmful and creation of exchanges which promotes useless altcoins - good only for short term speculation.

I understand that most of us do not have skills, knowledge and possibilities to create something helpful, and instead we are opting for easy money making ideas instead, but can we at least try?

Well i do believe this might be one good investment, but it requires a big work and there isnt any sure your game will be a sucess or not, can try exchanges as looks like op has a team supporting him to make something usefull, trusted exchange are few these days. I dont know what else you could be making to bitcoin community, besides open a stable project.

If there's someone want to fund my dreams, i would like to build the website that people can watching their favorite movies and their favorite videos and get paid with bitcoin, or a sing competiton that winner will be paid in bitcoin, i think this idea need some little amount for the website, but it needs much money to promote it and make it popullar.

I will open a business here in my country about bitcoin related, because in my country bitcoin is not popular and i have a good plan here. I'm sure bitcoin can booming in my country.

Actually i want to made my own Coin, like Bitcoin, and i will do great publicity of it, and most of the facilities i will give them to people and automatically they will use it, Also i will make my own Cointalk  like Bitcointalk, because it is great project and in Bitcointalk it is a new, good and easily system for earning.   

I would be creating game similar related pokemon mmo 3d as Nintendo will not allow anyone to use there pokemon trademark even in pokemon fan made mmo game.they are highly against the mmo stuff.i have lot plans to do so and i am planning to do it in next 2-3 years as i am busy right now.

You got nice plan but challenging bitcoin is really difficult as it has already become a dominator in digital currency.

Your own coin would basically just another altcoin that has a greater potential to become a waste than to become another major altcoin just like any other new altcoins out there.

And the "cointalk" you were talking about would basically be just a simple ANN thread on the Altcoin discussion board. But if you're persistent, it would be just difficult for you because beating bitcointalk.org would be really really hard.

I would create a bitcoin lottery website where people could buy tickets with small amounts and has the chance to win very large amount of bitcoin, like how freebitco.in is doing in their faucet site, that gives you profits as well as the winners.

I see that is not interesting as people nowadays are wiser in terms of spending in a lottery tickets eventhough the selling price is small. But anyways it's your choice. Just giving my own statement.

Anyways on topic, my favorite one and being discussed in my family is to have a food business. This is really profitable here in our place. The capital you need is that big and you can start at small cafeteria then eventually upgrade it as time passes by.

For much advance business that really requires high capital, I want a house for ren business as this is also demand here in our place especially around popular urban areas.

Many sites attempted but many of them failed, lottery sites are not appealing to public since i think it was so boring and no interaction will be happen since many people would love to play at the very challenginh game like casino's,  and so for me if i could have a bigger budget or someone will fund me i'd rather build some exchanger or ico ad website and join and list those new ico so i can give a great fab service to those altcoin enthusiast people.

I actually have no experience in such things nor i'm a gambler myself but when i see that concept on their website and their stats i feel like it can be really profitable, if their numbers are not fake which doesn't seem to be, and i feel there are still a lot of people who can buy lottery tickets if they see that the price they can get is really high so it is worth a try.

If i have the funding i think i will create an online wellness business that accept bitcoin.  I can't see too many healthcare company that accept bitcoin.  It is one big industry that are less tapped by crypto people.  So i would like to venture in this kind of business if i have all the needed funding to create one.

if i had a lot of money, I probably going to open bitcoin casino because I think that the most profitable business in bitcoin is gambling, but in order to open the business i will need a lot of money and a great system and security, the other business that i would do is create a big e-commerce website like amazon but my site is going to use bitcoin as payment

There is a person wich can make your coin for 0,30bitcoins i dont know if he uses this forum but those wish is very cheap, as long you will try to bring something that crypto hasnt it may be a good project, otherwise build a coin just to dump and pump will make no sense at all.
If i had some sponsor i would hire a developer, maybe a team and focus into a restricted area that arent well explored yet.

The field of the coin is a mainstream place for the dev in this time and that is very silly for me, building a coin is not easy, maybe just trying for copying the algorithm from the another coin and rename with your own name. we just need new ideas for accommodating the problem in bitcoin and that is will be a good field for us.

I also would do something like that, maybe a sort of bitcoin souvenir shop so people will get to know it and on the same time making money with just a small shop.

This seems a working idea, as I have not heard the any physical casino with bitcoin payment acceptance.
Opening a online casino a is much easier than physical ones as there are a lot of regulations we need to follow for opening a physical casino. But it is highly dependent on your country. But when you are having lot of money, it really doesn't matter.

Hardwares parts like HDD, CPU, RAM, MOTHERBOARD, VIDEOCARD, IDE CABLE OR SATA CABLE, POWER SUPPLY, FDD, ODD and Etc. and Software Programs like OPERATING SYSTEM and Applications is open to sell in my business. Repair also is available for those who wants to reconstruct their computer or laptop.

well i would surely find a better ways on the traditional used of bitcoin like fees and confirmation. I also do dream like sending funds without any fees at all and the most common problem of bitcoin is the confirmation time so i can make it an instant with the current budget i have then i would surely do it.

I would make web hosting with bitcoin payment. Many people is using famous hostings with paypal/visa card system, but I would make famous hosting's reseller with bitcoin payment. Also I would make ebay's similar website which would be integrated and people would be able to buy things with bitcoin. I want to do this two service but I don't have money for that.

Casino well be a good idea but come to think of it do you think you can surpass easily those who exist and got more trust to the gamblers? Im sure that new site needs advertisement and the big question there really is your funds can sustain the advertisement for longer days? I think i will open trading site,seems like it's a very profitable, or maybe i will open localbitcoin exchanger, anything related to trading is a very promising for profit and also we can learn a lot from it

A lot of my option are wanna for building it if i having the funding for starting the business and the top of my list are building my own trading site, seems really profitable for me and can mixing the site with a various features, the second option are building my own exchange service for the international coverage area, I think that is also profitable in this time according from the demand about the cryptocurrency are always increase anytime.

If I have to fund, I would like to create an online store that sells trending goods.  Having it set-up I would like to accept bitcoin as its principal payment method and offers different discounts to encourage them to use the currency.  Because I believe that discounted goods in the certain currency will attract them to use that money.

I think there is still lots of room for altcoin trading site as well as blockchain based gambling sites so i may start one of this if i can have some funding. However running these platforms with investors funding will be quite riskier as we need to provide greater protection of bankroll while processing all withdraws/payments instantly.

Create a very attractive casino site. though it will be a lot of work to do but it's better to invest your money on it aside from trading. But creating a site needs a lot of work and creativity and of course need a big fund to invest.

I would create a MMORPG site like RuneScape with many skills to train on a real medieval ambient, nothing like actual medieval retarded games with nonsense things. We would have a crypto-currency in game with the possibilite to exchange to BTCs and cashout. Good ads giving income to the site and players making the profit between themselves on a sustainable cycle.

I would probably just merge the idea of a local exchange site and a blockchain wallet. My new service will allow you to withdraw your money to the bank and other types of remittances, top-up your phone, pay your bills, convert your bitcoin into your local currency wallet, all just like a local exchange site.

But in addition to all of these, you would also be allowed to know your private keys, sign a message, and import new private keys. If I do have the time, I would also add a feature to make your own vanity address.

I would probably open pet sitting business. The demand is rather high and Bitcoin related business doesn't necessary be related to something online. In fact, I think that more physical businesses who accept Bitcoin should be open.
Maybe also some funds raising society for abandoned and animals where donations could be made in Bitcoins.

Many people in the open source movement think everything should be free, but there are clear examples of large projects that use the ".org" for open source and the ".com" to make money. I also have some original ideas on how to make profits from cooperative "open source energy".   

That can be great for those places where you know is bitcoin is already in use among the people, because if there aren't already any bitcoin users then it would take some time for such a business to build a good reputation.
If i had funds then i would probably have created a new and unique gambling website accepting bitcoins like many others, i guess that is really effective business as everyone likes gambling.

This is a bad idea. Why would you go for gambling business when there are real and tangibe businesses out there that both you and your customers would all be happy with instead of a gambling business that the losers will cursing you for been dishonest when they loose their money.

And... Maybe I would build a bitcoin exchange not only bitcoin but other altcoin which worth to exchange. Also there are have a mobile app.
The security is have high level too.

Until now im just thinking about it ,My first choice is to create a gambling house both online and offline but in the first place our government is prohibiting gambling and to be illegal in the law ,i dont know only if some casinos will be closed or continue to operate but have a permit.

I think if I have funding, I would open up a freelancing site.  I would initiate the first job order to encourage freelancer and at the same time test have an initial testimonial for the site.  This is the better way of advertising so more employer and freelancer will be attracted to the site.  From building the site I hve fulfilled my goal of helping people (both freelancer by providing them job orders, and employers by making their need done in no time.)

If I have a large quantity lf money I can build an online shops that sells mid to high end phones like iphone, samsung, Htc etc.  Of course I can accept btc as a payment.That is my plan if I have a large amount of money. If someone sponsored me to make my online shop I will happily manage it.

Jokes aside, it is way more important to have skills and bright ideas to make money rather than having money. There are many people with lots of money and they don't have an idea what to do with them.

Having enough funding, i would stablish an electronics store offering electronics parts sales and repair of consumer electronics appliances. I will not invest my money with dead investments i will make sure that i can run a business with my enough funds so that in the future when the business grows it will earn its profit and will plan for additional business which is an internet shop which i am also knowledgeable with running the set-up of hardware and software. That kind of thinking is what i believe the right thing to do with the funds you have.

For me if i have fundings i would go rather create some real world business like building some apartments and land for lease and so for that i can earn monthly passive income,  aswell as i would love also to create some grocery store, rather than risking my funds online where i cannot make sure that i can earn nore i would not lose my behold capital.

Since I don't have good skills and knowledge about trading so I can't invest on that.But if I had enough money I will open a lending service in this forum.I will give small amount of btc with sufficient collateral and will give loan only to trusted people.Though it will be a slow income but I think it's not so risky like other business.

Lending business must be a good idea, but it is suitable as a part time and passive income because you may not get enough loan applicants to get a living out of your lending business here in this forum as well as if you run as a business by having a specialized web site.

With proper collateral, lending business turn complete risk free. Still, some people do face disappointment when an established altcoin gets dumped over night.   

Lending business is risky for me maybe here in our forum we can get some collateral like accounts but out side in this forum we can not give loan since there is no good collateral we can get outside in this forum  so its risky to start a lending business. in my opinion exchange site is better for me because many people are looking for it.

If you talk about profit, then a casino is a great way for that if you have funds and possibility for that, but if you talk about the happiness of customers then you will have to ignore gambling as it is probably not a business where all your customers would be happy, as it is like a game where someone has to lose, and the one who looses would surely not be happy.

I think creating an exchanger online, or a trading platform could be profitable for the long run, i would create such programs if i have enough funds , but it need really good budget to start with

Yes, and you need some time to become a trusted exchange site. The reputable comes step by step, on long term it surely can work, if you really want to do it with dedication and hard work. Need a lot of knowledge about programming and crypto-currencies also and if possible, different features should be offer, so people will try your site because of it, the advantages you offer to your users.

I would prefer starting a automobile performance kits store online as well a physical store accepting bitcoin. Because right now there is no separate store for such purchase online with bitcoin acceptance. This too gets the attention of most automobile enthusiasts who were not aware of bitcoin.

if it is possibble, I will start catering business because it's a business with big profit. I have ever heard a catering company that the turnover every month is about 1 billion. it's crazy! but we need to be patient to get that amount every month. it's good to start from selling foods, unfamiliar food for example, so people are interested in our product. that's my little plan.

In fact, there wasn't a business like that for now. It can become an excellent idea. But we must have realized the demand for Bitcoin, for now, it is impossible in my mind.
The exchange and casino ideas have become mainstream business idea right now.
 

The idea will maybe good but how could you sustain it and grab some success? Fundings is there but actually there so many business like that who's existing first and thats the reason why i can't truly trust to build up some business since we can lose money in instance if we fail, but if we look up for advisor and other great mind guys well maybe that can help us to gather success for the said business, and im pretty sure that many money will be thrown before success will achieved.

Well, people  do  have  aims and  choices  regarding  on what things  he  must supposed to  do  like  building a  business. I do agree with you   exchanges and gambling sites  are really  lots  as  of now  which  means if   you intend to  build  one then the competition  is  a lot  more  harder for you  because   people  would really  go to the  most reputable sites  rather  than goin on a new one but still if you  have ideas that  make your site  unique compare to others  then maybe  it could somehow   get  potential players  it really depends on  your  ideas  and strategies to  get people  on your site.

My own marketplace that accepts any traders after taking a test to check they not scamming idiots. Then all the secure nessery features like verification of phone and all that if you a vendor. But use escrow obviously. I can put collateral into another address to secure my customers funds are safe and if I do steal the escrow I habe setup will release and give them the funds back. Obviously that will not happen but it helps to build trust in customers. Then I would have the market use its own currency which I will release as a pow coin which users can buy or mine and use it on the market. Then simply expand and grow from there.

Also I honestly don't care if people read this. I know its a good idea but guess what 99.99% of these clowns are not devs and couldn't come up with their own idea or even have the slightest idea or clue of how to manage and run a business. All they know  is a quick profit through theft.

If I had enough money I will create a lending service to this forum.I think it's a easy and good method to earn bitcoin.I will give loan to only trusted members or I will give loan with sufficient collateral.I know it will be slow income but if I had lots of btc I can earn big easily.

I would create a bitcoin exchange service. This kind of service helps the community get bitcoins and also cash-out bitcoins. Locally in our country, there is only one or two exchange here, and I think there is a high demand now for Bitcoin here in our country and elsewhere. Probably a good service is an exchange that has multiple currency options tat would be available to the whole world.

This is what I want to create also but it seems that there are a lot of bitcoin exchange service already in the community. So what I was thinking if I will going to create a gambling game and the theme of the site would be cock fighting and other some unusual gambling games, real life gambling games that has been digitized.

True there are a lot of them, I just realized. Probably a better one is creating a service that the community needs. I wouldn't want to create another gambling site; there are too much of that. Maybe someone has a excellent idea here just waiting to materialize. I might go through the posts here to look for that very good idea.

A transaction center maybe it will be easy using bitcoin i think . Now its developing and the users is increasing in numbers.

Their are so many faucet rotator which are itslef not able to sustain it as the market have got lot of faucet rotator and faucet sites. Loans are not really the best business to invest in. Especially in the online world. The collateral mostly in the online world are hard to sell off and most of them are already assets. Meaning they can just sell it off if they really wanted money to use. For example, if someone has LTC, why would they want to use it as collateral anymore? They could just sell it on an exchange for btc or even fiat money.

That's an interesting question, I didn't think about it before. Creating another casino, btc mixer site or other currency isn't very original and is quite risky. I think I would create a btc fund in which people will be able to send some money anonymously (obviously). The fund will invest the money in art, especially in stuff devoted to btc. I will just have my 5%.

I listed down some of the ideas I have here before. And I also say that I am not revealing my "top secret" business idea because I want to keep it to myself. The other ideas however, are just some random ideas that I have and don't mind sharing it with others - most probably I don't have interest in or want to spend time on it.

Trading requires lots of things and if you do not have knowledge about it, you can never open a trading website. In general, I dont think you can operate a trading platform yourself since the capital for trading is huge. With a little bit of investment(maybe it's not that little for some people though)  you can apply for a good licence program in EU or USA (like engineering) and you will be able to get a decent job anywhere in the world.

Some of you are talking about owning a hotel for example. Without a proper education, even if you had the money, you probably won't be able to run a hotel business for long.

An existing online store that had been around for years and being used by people can easily eat your market if they start to implement bitcoin on their website. I'm not sure if its a good idea. Like they said, BTC will soon be used by people. Its still a good try if you get into it with different target clients, let say you want to sell heavy equipment or maybe aquarium fishes or anything except those fashion dresses and computer accessories because there are lots of them already.

Regards having bitcoins as payments, I don't think it would be advisable right now. That's why I would require money. The website would have a .onion suffix to ensure maximum anonymity. I wasn't thinking of something like an exchange, that would be too crazy to keep anonymous. Instead, you would be able to place an order for a certain amount of cash after sending your bitcoin to an automatically generated address. Then, within 24 hrs, you would receive cash to your specified bank/etc.

Hand made goods like hand looms of saree, dress material etc really if you focus on this definitely there is huge market for them. But it will take long time to establish this type thing because you need to find the countries where these types of things are being made. You need to visit those place and you have to make agreement with them otherwise it is very difficult to setup and also it need more capital also at the same time.

I think creating an exchange could be a good idea because it is something that actually generates demand, and it is possible to take profits on a daily basis due to transaction fees. As long as care is taken to create a secure and user-friendly website, there are good chances of having good results.

Looking upon the demand of exchanges, there are already a lot of it in the market and I don't think it will be easy to create one. But it's up to you if you have new something to offer and make it different from other usual exchanges that are existing. Because many traders always change their mind upon staying with the platform that they are using.

My answer is casino, I would like to be an owner of some casino, gambling site, and everything that goes with that, after first casino I would work to spread my business. Gambling industry is working on full steam, I don`t think that kind of business will ever collapse. There is many bitcoin casinos, some of them accept some altcoins, but that is a future, there will be more and more casinos that accepts bitcoins and alt`s and now it`s perfectly good time to open one bitcoin online casino and later one real bitcoin casino, first people who invest in this will have the highest profit, look at the primedice for example, they are first and one of the best.

(Simple Answer) "Talent Scouts" == Look at the ideas of other people and find ones you think are the best.


1) First, people were invited to share ideas which they would want to turn into profitable businesses and/or fun hobbies which will/can turn into income someday, based on what you LOVE to do.
2a) The thread was a "big hit" (ongoing / auto-pilot / no "bumping" from me our "My Team")
2b) People somehow kept responding since they either, 1) had a decent idea, and/or 2) it was a mini-"sock puppet party" which let people make a semi-easy fast post.
3a) "The turning point" ==  We changed the thread title to "[Major Update/Edit] Seeking English/Bilingual Speaking Talent Scouts / Earn..." >>

3b) Suddenly people were invited to show a bit of effort, and earn a good share of real-world projects. and everyone got scared away, since the "easy part" which kept getting attention was suddenly asking then to "do something real".

Did I answer (as far as you can tell) in a  "specific and totally honest" manner?
