Willing to use ESCROW. If I'm not wrong skrill also can be reversed after the transaction completes so in this case, Escrow will be in trouble. No escrow will help you so if you want to buy BTC then you should use a payment method which is not a reversible method. You can just lock this thread for now until you find a good payment processor to buy. Also new scammer here: Symeave On 2016 September 7th I paid 20$ to buy BTC, after payment, he went offline and I didnt received any BTC till now, be aware of this guy! He said that made refund, but any money got from him back!
