What happened::
pocketdice.io is trying to screw a player on their website from his winnings. My friend whom has asked me to post on his behalf due to language difficulties is a registered member and was a very lucky gambler with pocketdice.io. He recently won 102 btc on pocketdice.io which pocketdice have refused to pay him. They say they need to investigate his rolls , but it is over a week now and they are still not forthcoming with the payment.
 
They are using every trick in the book, to stiff my friend (kurdstan on bitcointalk) aka as Chelshin on pocketdice. I am hereby urging every potential gambler both old and new to desist from depositing with pocketdice.io until they sort out this issue. I am also begging trusted users on this esteemed platform to help us investigate this matter. There seems to be no other way to get any recourse. pocketdice.io deserves negative trust for refusing payment and their behavior leaves me no choice but to call them scammers!

The account of user chelashin and all of his rolls are being thoroughly investigated right now, as it seems there happened to be violations of Pocket Dice policy. His account has been temporarily blocked now as he was trying to withdraw funds through tipping his friends in chat prior to the end of investigation. Once we're done with the investigation, we will post an update here and in Pocket Dice official thread.

They were obviously fishing. It is a desperate attempt to trap the player and seize his money. They must think chelashin is stupid. pocketdice.io, It would be easier paying the money. I haven't gone through every detail here but I've been suspicious of pocketdice.io for a while now.

Hopefully this will only serve as encouragement for them to prove me wrong, but, I believe they are closely related to btc-casino.io

Cliffs on btc-casino.io:
Russian based casino that uses mostly or entirely hacked/pirated software from pretty much every provider you can think of and is also guilty of plenty of other scumminess that would make FortuneJack or Betcoin.ag seem as if they were run by Jesus, Satoshi and Dooglus.  I've been calling them out for months in this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=841879.1020).

CoinProfit.io is an affiliate program that offered only btc-casino.io for a year or more until pocketdice.io launched.

I am pretty confident that Coinprofit.io and btc-casino.io are the same people.
I think pocket-dice has a different forum rep but likely are tied to the same Russian (or nearby) group.

I know that these kinds of delays can be a pain, but if you were on the other end of the TX or your account was compromised, then you would be happy that the precautions were being taken.

What I personally feel is that you have made a huge number of rolls and hence they are taking this much time, its good that they are in contact with you. Apologies for not posting any updates, though there was no news apparently, as we have been trying to use our Xapo coldwallet to process the withdrawal of chelashin, but still no success. They have implemented a KYC procedure for all users and this has taken LOT longer than expected. Actually we still don't have access to our funds in there, the support staff is really hard to reach and overall experience is really disappointing :( So all we had to do is just wait to be able to move some BTCs across our projects for this cashout, as we're not holding much money in the hotwallet.

What we've done now:
1. We have unblocked chelashin's account at Pocket Dice.
2. We have added some funds necessary for the cashout of 87 BTCs (last win of chelashin, making it a total of 102 BTC profit).
3. We've sent him an email describing how to withdraw the funds.

Our reputation has been flawless for more than 2 years already, so after the investigation was over we were doing our best to be able to process this withdrawal asap.

Moreover, many of you have noticed we've had technical issues with deposits/withdrawals lately causing us to even stop the website. The bitcoin node was not working correctly so we have stopped Pocket Dice for maintenance. These problems have also been solved, everyone's received their transactions, all support tickets have been replied and looks like everyone's pretty much happy :slightly_smiling_face:
