Title: Bitinstant Transaction Failures [IMPORTANT]
Post by: novuxell on March 30, 2013, 08:18:11 PM
Hi all,

Two days ago, I tried to transfer money from Dwolla using Bitinstant. Unfortunately the transaction failed with an error stating a connection error with MtGox. I sent a couple of emails to Bitinstant support, and used the so-called-chat email form as well. I left message to the phone number which is reserved for urgent calls. There is still no response. Not even an acknowledgement email was sent back. My funds from Dwolla are drawn and nothing is deposited to MtGox. I am very dissapointed about this and I believe such behaviour is putting a lot of mistrust to the bitcoin and impeding its penetration.

I am hoping someone from Bitinstant will see this post and solve this issue.

These reports against bitinstant are starting to be too frequents to be just a small glitch.

These reports against bitinstant are starting to be too frequents to be just a small glitch.

I noticed they've been consistent, too; seems like everyday someone's having an issue with it.

Hey

I'd love to resolve this, what is your Order ID?

In the future, please include that info, we have forum lurkers that look for Order ID's to resolve

Thanks!

Hey,

Actually, our volume has gone up 786% year to date.

Its normal for an increase in support tickets as we process over 24,000 orders a month.

Anyways, if you have an issue Id be happy to help!
